As I arrived this building of an airplane caught my eye and I went on my way without even realizing exactly what they sold. I... couldn't quite tell the name of the business either. Once I had brunch and was ready for dessert stepped outside took a closerlook and ordered some ice cream, even though was unsure so asked for 1 scoop of red eye and one of the seasonal peach cobblerflavor. Both ice creams were delicious and probably some of the best ice cream I've had anywhere. I thought the prices werefairly reasonable $5.85ish for a little size which is not so little. I would definitely recommend you give them a try. Theysaid the most popular types were the salted flavors but I opted for different choices ,even though salted is good I prefer sweetbut not overly sweet. The red-eye is coffee flavor I believe. There's plenty of option as far as sizes with cone or wafflecones. Read more

We always love this place. The baked Alaska is such a fun and delicious item but the true gold star is the salted Oreo ice... cream. I truly believe it is the best ice cream I?ve ever had. Read more

The Constellation has landed! I'm not giving The Constellation five stars just because it's from the Little Man Ice Cream... Family. The Constellation deserves five stars in its own right for its own uniqueness. Here's the inside scoop: TheConstellation is an outdoor ice cream stand similar to the original Little Man ice cream location in downtown Denver, with somegreat improvements. We are all familiar with the single long line that the iconic milk jug can gather and two counters.Constellation has FIVE ice cream counters, and you can line up on either side. Next, they offer their standard flavors such asthe 16th street chocolate, and some pretty awesome, unique new flavors. The turbulence is charcoal ice cream, with marshmallowsand chocolate pearls, for example. I sampled the turbulence and was pleasantly surprised. Other new flavors include a cremebrulee and a "red eye" coffee flavor. They even have one that includes all of your classic airplane treats! My favorite is thespace junkie which is black raspberry, marshmallow swirl, and brownie bits. I believe this is similar to what is known as the"pink cow." In keeping with the Little Man tradition, portion sizes and pricing are very reasonable. You can get a waffle cone,a dipped waffle cone, a dipped and rolled waffle cone, sugar cone, or cup. If you're feeling fun, they also have a "BakedAlaskan Pop" which is a s'more ice cream on a stick, coated in chocolate, and topped with meringue which is torched to give it abrilliant toasty look. Haven't tried the pop yet, but definitely planning on it for my next visit! I love the creativity, andhope to see more fun creations. Oh, and there are ice cream sandwiches, vegan options, and sorbet of course! Not a fan of theirsorbets though, honestly. My husband tried both of their current sorbet flavors (raspberry peach and lime ricky) and both weremeh. Now I do like sorbet in general, but you are much better off with any ice cream flavor instead. Now onto the Read more

Nothing better on a hot day than getting an ice cream - except getting an ice cream from The Constellation! Part of the Little... Man ice cream family, this ice cream does not disappoint! Rich, creamy, flavorful. Deciding what to get is the difficult part! Awaffle cone? Scoop? Or Shake? And then you have to decide on a flavor! The atmosphere is by far the most unique with theairplane inspired building a nod to the old Stapleton airport that used to live in these parts. I was glad to have gone on aweekday as I?m sure weekends are packed from visitors and families living in the area. Although a bit of a drive from where welive, this was a definite and purposeful destination however well worth our drive! Read more
