The food was amazing! My husband had the seared Ahi tuna special and said its the best he's ever had. It's a fun busy atmosphere... and our waitress was prompt and friendly. However, we made reservations and had to still wait over an hr, noticing several otherparties being seated before us that arrived later. We spoke with the host several times to no avail. Read more
Service was slow. We waited a long time for our food and again for our dessert. Overall the experience was good and the food was... wonderful. You definitely can't leave without having Cheesecake. I tried the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo for the first time. Ienjoyed it but have no other Gumbo experiences to compare it to. Read more
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this restaurant. The service was great. The lady at the reception helped us to validate our... parking ticket (free for 3 hours in the building). We got our table within 10 minutes. A little warning, the portion isgenerous here. There were two of us and we shared an entrée and an appetizer and ended it with the delicious originalcheesecake. Waiting! PACK YOUR PATIENCE! Had a reservation and it took 17 minutes to find a seat for us in an OPEN dining room. Waited... another 15 minutes for drinks. Empty glasses and server is waiting on/checking other tables, but seems to be too busy for thistable. Thank goodness that we had time to spare. Had to wait 30 minutes for dessert order... I love Cheesecake Factory. I go for every birthday and celebration and I always get the same thing? steak Diane. This time... however, I was told they were out! Mild panic! However our waitress was absolutely WONDERFUL. She helped suggest a similar steakoption and then had the kitchen prepare it the same way with the same wine sauce, onions, and mashed potatoes. It made me SOhappy, they even gave me extra sauce. Even with how busy Cheesecake Factory always is, the food always manages to come out fast,hot and delicious. Read more
Well the place got way busier compared to 4 or 5 years ago. We literally had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for our slice of cakes... orders. Everyone wanted a piece it's a miracle they were able to keep up with the demand. Other than that, their pastries areamongst the best in Denver for a big chain. We went for an early dinner and the restaurant wasn't busy and the service and food were absolutely outstanding. The restaurant... was clean and the ambiance is great. Corinna P was our server and she was amazingly tentative and friendly. The gentleman thatseated us was incredibly welcoming and made us smile. :) I will definitely be returning. First time eating here. Wait time was long because we had a large party. It was a Sunday, and not many restaurants were open... throughout the mall. When finally seated, the waitress was diligent. Food was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was great, but asthe evening progressed, they turned down the lights, maybe to create a warmer atmosphere, but it made it depressing. Foodlooked unappealing under the lights, and we got tired. They have a large menu with lots of options. Two separate menus fordesserts and drinks. Tab was a bit pricey, but then again, you're eating at a high scale restaurant. Banana cheesecake was todie for. Definitely recommend this place. Read more
