Far as Taco Bells go this one has always been a great experience for me. Fast service, the food is always what I asked... for/ordered, and the food tastes good (for Taco Bell). Worst I've seen is sometimes there might be a bit of a mess in thebathroom but that is always the exception. Since I only eat at Taco Bell rarely I use the app to order since I can better seeand pick what I want which I am sure makes it easier on the staff too! Read more
Lady who took my order was extremely patient while I looked the menu over. She also was able to answer each one of my questions... while also suggesting food items pertaining to my questions I'd not been aware of. That's all I ask. Always pretty but usually through the line fairly quick. Dealt with a couple rude employee's. Messed up an order awhile. I... called to let them know. I didn't receive an apology or an offer of a free desert or a couple bucks off my next order. Nonothing. Read more
Sat in the Drive-Thru for 30 minutes. No orders given. Went inside to figure out what was going on. Everyone is training and... there was only one person that knows how to do their job. Then whenever I asked to order inside they said it will take 10 to 20minutes to even take my order. I spent 40 minutes wasting my time because they do not know how to do their jobs. Read more
Skip this location and drive to one of the other nearby Taco Bell spots. This location is frequently NOT open during business... hours (drive thru coned off, doors locked, but employees inside) and even when they are open the wait times are insane (even ifyou are the only one waiting in line). I've been told TWICE this past month that this location doesn't do "fresco style"(except they do, and give it to me randomly). Obviously the owner is scamming people into paying extra where they can get awaywith it. 0/10 find some place else to eat and let this location just die off. Had a big order this evening because I had to feed 10 people and we get tacos with double shell, very little meat and no... lettuce. Spent close to 100. Disappointed in the service. If you guys couldn't put a taco party pack together just say that. Read more
Can anyone else see the difference in these 2 orders? I paid 11 and some change for the first one and 6.58 for the second one.... So if we can't overcharge you , you'll wind up with the second photo! Wow after I gave a glowing review! Read more
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Not a single time has my order been correct. I ask for rice, they give me beans. I... say no onions, they load it up with onions. Not to mention everyone that works here has a bad attitude and acts like they hatetheir job. Avoid this location if possible. At the behest of my wife I went back to this location to get her a quick bitebefore work. If you hate your job enough that you?re insanely rude to your customers and still get orders wrong, FIND ANOTHERJOB YOU WORTHLESS EXCUSES FOR EMPLOYEES. Management needs to fire you so you can sit around collecting unemployment and at leastnot hate your life so much you make others miserable. Read more
