We very rarely get Taco Bell, but for some reason tonight my boyfriend wanted it so we went and picked it up and he ate his... before I ate mine because I got busy with the baby when we got home. He ate his but he said it tasted disgusting. I told him Iwas sorry and asked him if he wanted to split my nachos with me, he declined and I started eating my nachos and the nachostasted disgusting. There was something wrong with the beans. The meat was fine, the cheese tasted fine, but any bite I got withbeans it just tasted nasty. So I think we're probably going to be taking another break from Taco Bell. And the sad thing is isthat was the first time we've had Taco Bell in almost a year if not a year. Read more

This specific location has done a great job on my food order the last 7 or 8 times I've been here. I wanted to leave them a 5... star review. The employees are all working hard back behind the counter and the dining area is always clean. Good job,compliments from BIG KEV. Read more

This Taco Bell has major staffing issues. There's been multiple times where they could not serve us because they did not have a... manager in store and only did Uber eats orders which makes absolutely no sense to me. Maybe it's because they can't do cashtransactions without a manager. I don't know. I just hope that they get the staff that they need because it's the closest TacoBell to me and I love my Taco Bell cravings ???? Read more

Pretty shady “policy” this Taco Bell has. I ordered a couple things through their mobile app. I pull up to the drive through... and the employee says that their mobile orders are not working so I’d have to pay at the window. Me assuming that theyweren’t taking the money from the mobile order. They did. I kindly let the employee know that they did in fact charge my cardand he insisted I pay again… I did and I asked when the money goes back on my card. He said I had to call support which is nonexistent with Taco Bell. Point being if any entity takes money that’s not theirs it’s theft right? Give me my money backplease.I’ll be back very soon if it’s not figured out through support let’s avoid it. Read more

This taco bell has issues but the employees that I encountered are very kind , and try hard to do the job but are very short... staffed. I never gotten any food that I would complain about everything is fresh , hot and taste like a taco should. This Taco Bell at Yale and Monaco is very well managed. Today, the manager was at the drive through. Last week, she was... helping clean the bathrooms! She is always filling in somewhere. She is the "glue" that keeps the place running. She isalways very friendly and professional. Very impressed! Read more

I went to the drive thru about 645pm. I ordered a number 8 supreme light lettuce. 3 soft supreme light lettuce. 2 chicken... quesadillas add green sauce. 15layer burrito. 1 regular soft taco. They gave me just regular tacos no lettuce. I paid over 31dollars for this. I want my order to be right.I live to far to waste gas to go back and forth with kids to feed. I am verydisappointed. This is the worst Taco Bell, fast food I’ve ever had to date, if you go here be prepared. Last night we spent 1 hour in 20... minutes trying to salvage our pre order for a bunch of traveling kids. We ordered box meals to keep it simple. When we picked upour order for 8 it was all piled in 2 bags and no identification of what items were. After 20 minutes of matching our receipt toitems in the parking lot we had to re-enter to correct items, 5 times total. We received attitude and rudeness from all staffminus one, even though the lobby was full of customers with wrong or chaotic Orders! The manger was there and walked aroundoblivious!
