This taco bell stole from me. I paid for a 12 pack of cinnabon delights and recieved 4. I also paid for 3 soft shell tacos and... recieved 3 hard shell tacos. This location continuously disappoints. Today I ordered a nachos Bell Grande only to be told they were out of nachos Bell... Grande. I inquired as to which part of the nachos Bell Grande they were out of as everything that?s in it is needed to makeeverything else on the menu (beans, beef, cheese, etc.). The person at the window could not understand the question I was askingand just continued to say ?we can?t make them we?re out of nachos Bell Grande.? I didn?t order anything else from them. This wasthe last time I?ll visit this location. They always give you the wrong order, cold food, or they are out of the one thing thatyou want. It?s a disappointing experience every time. Been to this location a few times. First time my experience wasn't bad. The second time the cinnamon twists were stale and... unedible and the person taking orders couldnt understand me when ordering had to repeat myself multipletimes before she had tohave someone else take my order. Went to get breakfast today their doors have two different times on them. Sat in the drive thrufor about 5 minutes. When I parked my car to try a door there was a worker who saw me at the door and sat down in the dinningroom and didn't open the door to say anything. Does Taco Bell even want the business? If the company wants room make money maybehire people who actually work and not treat it like a hook up spot or a place to just sit and ignore business. I came in around 8:30 on Thursday 6-30-22. Whoever made my food legit deserves a raise, it was some of the best prepared taco... bell I have ever had. I would come back to this location anytime, thank you whoever you are for putting the effort into makingmy food good Read more
JUST HORRIBLE. Ordered crunchy tacos and got all the way home to find out they were all SOFT. Got some cinnamon twist and found... a burnt potato at the bottom of the set on top of only having 1 twist filled with cinnamon. This store is not very busy to bethis F?d up Read more
Had the worse experience 10/22/2022, i ordered with uber eats at 935-940 estimated delivery time was 30-40 minutes. Waited over... an hour just for them to prepare the food then it finally made it out for delivery. Ordered 2 grilled chicken burritos withchipotle ranch no avocado, the burritos had no sauce whatsoever on them. 4 cheesy bean rice burritos no rice with sour cream andonions, 2 beefy melt burritos. We got 5 burritos missing the sour cream and onions. Drove to taco bell stood in the long drivethru line where the lady in the drive thru didn't understand what i was talking about when another young man came up and startedreading the receipt, he started ripping open every burrito with the same gloves he was wearing to clean the lobby and stated theburritos were made correctly. I just wanted my food made the way it was supposed to be made. One of the cooks came over tode-escalate the situation read the receipt and re made the order. The cheesy bean rice burritos weren't supposed to have riceand had just as much onion as rice it was horrible. Grilled chicken burritos had little to any chipotle sauce inside. Couldn'teven feel comfortable eating my food all the employees disappeared to the back of the back and i couldn't see my food beingmade. Didn't even eat my food. Read more
