Taco bell on Sheridan in Bear Valley is Excellent! Much better Then the One on Belleview and Santa fe.
I've never been treated so rudly by an employee before at any fast food restaurant. I came in after the order was made wrong at... the drive thru and she wanted to start an argument while the gentleman colleague of hers begged her to calm down and made suremy item was made correctly. Kudos to him, he is an excellent employee with the customer and business in his mind. I begmanagement to review the indoor cameras to see how your out of control employee treats long time customers and get your house inorder. Read more

Hate to write a negative review but I have no choice. I've ordered 10 Beef crunchy taco Sup on 5/27/2022 at 12:41p.m. It was... drive-through that's why I did not check it until I got home and found out there is only 9 taco in the bag. I've called manytimes but nobody answer the phone. I just tried again and someone answered and I've told him about what happened and he hung upon me. I just wanted to tell them what happened, I did not try to get them to give me a new taco, but very disappointed fromthis place. Customers deserve a better service. The order number is 250. Read more

DO NOT order from this location. I tried ordering multiple times and this location NEVER has any Taco Bell items. I ordered... tacos and there was a pinch of meat three strands of lettuce and one strand of cheese. Not only that, this location refuses togive more taco bell hot sauces when you want more. We had to exit the drive thru and go to another location yesterday.. no nachofries. Read more
