Taco bell isn't the same as it used to be. The food used to always be made perfect and fresh but now it's literally thrown... together and your lucky if it's made correctly. Me and my family have always went and we love going but we are sick of justhoping that the staff will get better and the food will be right. We have seen people playing football in the parking lot on theclock, we have been turned away for our service because they are short staffed even. Someone needs to go there and fix thingsand it's not something someone can magically fix over night. You as a company need to fix this and hired people who actuallywant to work and have people who actually can train correctly. PLEASE FIX THIS IS ALL STORES. Read more
The food is the same as any other taco bell. Never had them mess up a order and they're usually pretty fast.
5 stars doesn't mean fine dining in this case but it does mean it's a good taco bell in comparison to maybe some others...
I didn?t want to give this location a star because it doesn?t deserve one, but Google won?t let me give it zero stars. This was... my worst experience at a Taco Bell in all of my years visiting the franchise. This is the slowest Taco Bell I?ve ever visited.Waited almost 20 mins for my tacos. Very poor management, rude staff. Don't go here 2 hours before they close, they wont have anything and if they do it's cold.... Update decided to give them another try........ yea no! This time I got pieces of plastic in my burrito. Read more
Terrible experience even for extremely low expectations. Asked for a receipt with my order through drive through. Guy tells me... his printer is broken. Realize after leaving the parking lot my order was all messed up. Walked inside to get order corrected. Isee tickets being printed on the dine in computer. Guy starts telling me my order was complete even after we find my receipt andstart comparing. I ask for a refund and after just checking my bank statement the idiot charged me again!!!! I just recently moved into the neighborhood and was excited to see a Taco Bell. However this particular location seems to close... extremely early and has a line that is a minimum of one half hour wait almost every time I try to go. Why is it hard for thiscompany to improve their services? Please shut this location down. The management should not be able to have this position. There is no training at this location and it is I?ve a half hour wait in a drive through with only four or five people. It?sembarrassing to fast food. Read more
