One of the drive through workers recognizes me and is always very polite and sweet. The food is fast and good for a Taco Bell -... I haven't gotten anything nasty and cold here. Sometimes in the past they haven't had enough staff to work regular Taco Bellhours, but that's not the staff's fault. The people working have always been kind and provided good service. Read more

This location use to be a top locations now is the worse.. what happened. Most of the times they out of half food in the menu or... the employees are too lazy to do it? credit card machine are broken? which i don?t believe. Just look at my steak burrito lol nonapkins or sauce? wow to the owner please shut this place down already.. and the people please don?t waste your money on thistaco bell location.. you will get disappointed? avoid that 0 stars. I got to say this is my 1st time coming here in probably 4 years. I got tired of waiting for 30+ minutes when barely anybody is... there. I decided to give them another shot to see if they fixed things and it appears they have. My food was ready before Icould even finish getting my drink. Everything was made correctly and on top of it all the newly remodeled dining room is a hugeimprovement from that dump it use to be. I hope service continues this way Read more

This location employs the winners and runner ups of the "I hate my job" awards. They couldn't be less friendly. The food is fine... but inconsistent; Will I get more beans or more tortilla in my bean burrito - who knows! I'll swing through the drive thru in apinch but I do try to avoid this location because these things have been consistent for the 5+ years I've lived nearby. Read more

STORE HOURS ARE INACCURATE AND THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. I like this location, the people are nice and the orders are usually... accurate but when they?re never open it makes me not want to go to this location. I showed up at 10AM long after they should?vebeen open but of course they tell me that they?re closed. I don?t understand how they make any money being closed all the time.They open late and close early. The hours online are nowhere near accurate because any time I go they?re just not open. No signsgiving any sort of information or hours they just do what they want when they want. I unfortunately have no choice but to go toanother Taco Bell that?s actually open when they say they are. Which is really disappointing because the location is super closeto my house. Don?t waste your time with this place. Read more

This is by far the worst taco bell in the Denver metro area. I would be ashamed to admit I was the manager of this store. They... will not take cash because of "the coin shortage." That's funny that every other business around here takes cash. No I thinkit's because the employees are uneducated and untrustworthy and the store risks to much with missing money and to have them tryto balance a cash drawer. The lobby is NEVER open and the one time that I witnessed it being open I had to sit at the drive thruspeaker for 30 minutes even before I could order because "they just got a really big order at the counter." When I got to thewindow there were 4 of them standing there. Tonight I had the "manager" (when confirmed he said he he was not the storemanager.) Literally laugh with the other employees when I was asking fir the managers name and was upset and then told me therewas no point to stay and to leave, when the lane a curbed drive thru lane that you can not just pull out of. And the last actionwas the other unprofessional girl standing at the window that flipped me off. Why is this location still open. Hire people thatare capable of providing a service. Read more

??Customers/Drivers beware??7PM & the lobby is CLOSED. Seriously? With 2 dozen cars in the drive thru lane that moves SO SLOW.... 5-7mins wait time per car. WHO really has time for that? Is ONE person working? UNACCEPTABLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. Never have thisproblem @ Del Taco, which is why I prefer them over Taco Bell anyday. Will NOT be providing delivery services for Taco Bellduring dinner anymore (@ any location, bc it seems like they ALL do this) Delivery driver's time is money, cant make a livingwaiting in the drive thru while yall take your time, smh.
