Multiple times I?ve been to this location and they are consistently out of items and like many other reviews have said they... either won?t substitute or will substitute with an up charge. Staff is completely unapologetic every time. The service is ajoke. I like the food when I do get a complete order but I don?t think I?ve ever had a good taste in my mouth from the customerservice. This place was actually better than I expected. Let's be honest most salad restaurants are sort of basic. This place has good... options and can actually be filling. I had the buffalo chicken bowl (salad) and was very impressed.My only complaint would bethe lack of seating. Read more

Great service, excellent portions, excellent price! They were out of the nut for my salad so they offered an extra nut/seed... replacement for free! I got the crispy rice bowl which is gluten and dairy free!! We went for a Friday lunch and got in ahead ofthe rush but they were rocking it out as we left! I will definitely be back! Read more

The food was good, but I was turned off by the customer service. It was our first time visiting this establishment, and we... didn?t quite understand the ordering process. We were initially in the right place to order?with no one there to assist. Wethen moved up further in the line?only to be told that ordering started where we were initially standing. Of course, we then hadto wait behind people that came in after. The staff were like robots?no eye contact and couldn?t have cared less that you werethere. A lady in front of me spilled her drink by accident, and the staff watched her clean it up?and rudely held her food orderout as the customer was on her hands and knees cleaning up the spill. I asked the staff member if that was my order, and shesaid ?No, it?s hers?. It was uncomfortable to watch? I worked in customer service for over 20 years, so I?m just amazed at howsome people treat customers. I totally understand some customers deserve to be treated bad (get what you give), but this was notthe case. It was just very unwelcoming. I?d never go back. I just like a simple welcome and thank you?not be dismissed and watchothers be treated as an inconvenience. It?s what it felt like. Just my opinion. Read more

Ordered exactly the same items yesterday. Ordered today from Sweet Green on Wewatta street Denver Colorado. Missing food items... Broccoli, quinoa, also very small portions. As a business myself owner myself. I am extremely disappointed. Consistencyunacceptable. Read more

Custom salads with a variety of choices, what more could you want? Actually, I do wish they had less ?hipster veggies? and more... practical ones: olives (black or green), corn, peas, etc. Also, tuna as a protein option would have made my day. Though, thedelicious pesto dressing was pretty great. Removed a star because every single table in the dining room was dirty at 3pm in theafternoon. (Not exactly peak hour.) Read more
