Overall incredible experience! I met Holly and Terrence at a conference and immediately realized how great of people they are.... They told me about their regeneratively and sustainably sourced local restaurant and I had to check it out. I convinced a fewindustry colleagues to tag along and let me tell you, I've never looked so good! We all were blown away at not only howdelicious and beautiful the food was but also how friendly and helpful the team was as we asked seemingly endless questionsabout anything and everything. This restaurant will be a must visit every time I am in Denver. Thank you! Read more

A lovely surprise on a Friday evening. The wait staff seemed very excited when we said it was our first visit to Sullivan Scrap... Kitchen, and boy... do I understand why. We had the chef tasting menu. Each of the seven (was it 8?) courses was a delight. Wehad to take a couple items home! Additionally, the restaurant's philosophy is one I am 100% behind. Eat great food = supportlocal communities. I intend to come back quarterly for more mouth & tummy happiness. Read more

Everything is amazing. We have been back many many times. I have had the quesadilla, the shashito peppers, the chicken... quesadilla, the homemade broccoli cheddar soup, the fried chicken with greens and mac and cheese, the steak frites, the chickenand waffles, and the sourdough pancakes. The pancakes are absolutely the best I have ever had. They come with some apples and ameringue and are TO DIE FOR. Literally everything we have had is fabulous, you can't go wrong, and the owners are very nicepeople deserving of your business. Give it a try and you will not regret it! Dinner was delicious, and so was the spiked coffee! Had the spicy chicken sandwich with house made chips. The coffee comes in a... press, fresh and perfect with the CO Cream. The hot sauce was fresh, flavorful. Had the vegetarian fries with the lamb(backwards, right?!?) appetizer- oh my! So very good. The green chili sauce made this dish amazing. Read more

I love this place. I repeatedly have gotten a burger. Its cooked how I like. It's juicy. It's deelish. Great buns. The sweet... potato fries are the best I've ever had. And this is take out. The food is fresh and amazing. They will make you a good lattetoo. They have a point program too. Friendly staff. It's a bit expensive for lunch. I go here as a treat once in a while. If itwas more affordable I'd go way more. The only complaint I have is that I sent an email to have them cater a lunch and no oneever got back to me. Read more

Found this little neighbourhood gem at the corner of East 17th and Williams St. on a weekday afternoon for a late lunch. We got... seated without any wait at one of the tables on the outside/sidewalk patio. Server was friendly and attentive, and the menus hada nice selection of starters, salads, sandwiches and entrees. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are very generous(two of us had take-home portions from our meals), even at lunchtime. They dry-age their own meats and prepare their breads (forsandwiches, etc.) in their own kitchen. The appetizer waffle sweet potato fries was a good balance of sweet & salty, while theshrimp po-boy was a very nice treat and the side potato chips were very nicely done. Looking forward to return visit and veryhighly recommended! Read more

Really yummy food! We all shared a taste of each others and it was all so good! The drink my dad got was so delicious! Our... alcoholic drinks though were really strong, so not bad but not our preference. Servers and cooks were busy, but that happens, they did a good job none the less. Highly recommend giving it a go. Great ingredients, flavors, and ambiance. We have been here twice now and have been pleased both times. Staffing is scarce so... service takes a bit, but there are no corners cut on the food, so worth the wait! Photos are the scrap burger with french fryupgrade and the elotes corn appetizer. Plenty of food for two people to split. Burger is fresh, juicy, and flavorful. Read more
