EXCELLENT Customer Experience! Went in for takeout and the young lady ALONE at the counter was the epitome of SERVICE. It was... non-stop customers coming-in and though it was no less than 4 customers in line, she was greeting, welcoming, order-taking,doing the orders, cashiering AND doing all those with great service and smile! I wasn't too happy at first that Subway was thenearest and most convenient food if one is on "time watch" doing one's civic duty, but, after such great experience, lunch wasjust much more satisfying! Ordered online. They can get away with putting less meat on sandwich when customer is not watching. I could barely find the... meat. Plus they forgot a few other veggies I chose. And no where to park to pick up order! Read more
This review is more directed towards Subway in general, not this specific location. All the new subs and ingredients are... disgusting! They are spending all their money on commercials and advertisements instead of quality ingredients. This particularlocation had great customer service though. But I will NEVER eat at Subway again! I've come to this location several times and always had a great experience until today. An employee with glasses who claimed to... be a Manager was rude and refused me and my child service because he was busy smoking when I asked for store number he calledthe cops and told us to leave. He wouldn't give me any info to report his behavior. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere. Read more
I usually go to this subway because of the convenience. But unfortunately last two times, I've finished paying I noticed a... gentleman who is handling the food by the way. behind the counter take off one glove and kept one glove handling money thengoes back too put on one new glove, goes and takes someone else's order.
