Marcel is a true gentleman and customer service extraordinaire. He had a transient woman in front of us order 2 foot long steak... and cheese sandwiches with double meat, cookies and a drink and then proceeded to walk out with the items without paying. Marcelgraciously asked us to hold the door as he went and retrieved the items. After making our meal to perfection, we witnessedMarcel giving the woman?s sandwiches to a couple at the bus stop. He is the definition of star employee and I would be proud tohave him on my team. We need more Marcel?s not just at Subway, but on this planet we call home. Kudos my guy! Read more
Monday June 20th 6pm The girl with black hair working this afternoon is extremely careless with peoples food. I just spent $20... to not even get to eat or much less enjoy my food! We were the only customers in there. A small line formed behind us after afew minutes but it?s was nothing one person couldn?t handle. She threw our sandwiches together, toasted them for 2 seconds itseemed. Our food is mush and cold and soggy from not being toasted long enough. She honestly just didn?t listen to anything Iasked. I said light everything and she just threw piles onto my sandwich. We are very nice people for the most part , and shejust has the most tense , stand-offish attitude. My fiance and I went in for lunch today 11/ 26/2021 right around 1pm. The store and the front line were really clean, the... product well stocked. The lady who walked us down the line just had exceptional customer service. Carried on a conversation, yet still hearing our answers and continuing to make our sandwiches. She was knowledgeable about the products and answered ourquestions with a smile. I wish I would have written her name down. She deserves a raise. Subway is a great restaurant. Today was different than other times going there cause the service was slow and my partner's bread... on top of his sandwich was a little hard, but when getting home he warmed it up a little bit in the microwave to soften it, soother than that everything was great including the sandwiches and three Chocolate Cookies purchase. Normally I love this Subway location because the staff are always friendly and professional. However, I was very disappointed to... walk in there today just to find not one, but TWO employees not wearing masks. The nice girl that served us put hers on when shesaw my boyfriend and I walk in, but there was another male employee who never put his mask on, even though he was well awarethat there were customers in there. Unfortunately, I will not be back at this location. I can?t justify employees not takingbasic safety precautions during a global pandemic. Read more
