I wanted to use the bathroom while waiting on my friend to show up. The lady behind the counter just yelled "paying customers... only" at me. My friend had not arrived to order with me yet, so I asked if I could use the bathroom before I ordered. She saidno, and was extremely rude about it. I have never ordered Subway catering before & was recently trying to navigate the online ordering. One menu said they offered... the Giant Subs but when trying to order them, they were not an option... So in my confusion I decided to just call this Subwaystore & asked for the manager. Katie, was the kind, friendly & so very helpful manager with whom I was speaking to! Sheexplained to me about the catering actually not offering the Giant Subs anymore, but that her store had the stuff to complete myorder & would be more than happy to accommodate me. Today I was doing a social experiment. I entered a what I thought was a typical subway for lunch and some juice for my camera.... After I entered the establishment I noticed two young ladies. One was extremely friendly and welcoming. The other whose name isHeather was extremely rude. The purpose of my social experiment is to show how people treat homeless people. Dressed as ahomeless person, not actually a homeless person, the manager (Heather stated she was the manager) proceeded to be extremelyrude, give sour looks, and even raise her voice while speaking to me. I placed my order way earlier than my expected lunch time, Katie was wonderful she went out of her way and put the order on hold... for around the time I would be on lunch which was about 4 hours later. I use this Subway frequently, even though it is a little further than a few other closer Subways. Their pricing seems to be... lower and others and the staff is always great. Recently I did an app order and received the wrong sandwich. Kayti went out ofher way to apologize and make it right. She was very professional and was extremely kind. As I ate my sandwich, I observed herand her team going the extra mile to be welcoming and kind to everyone that came in - even if it was not returned back to them.Nice job and will keep coming back to this location!
