AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Not only do the employees ridicule you for wanting to have your sandwich made 'your way'... (isn't that what Subway is all about), but beware even if you order a footlong sandwich, you you may be charged 2 6"sandwiches. They are owned by 5280 Enterprises LLC. Their owner hides behind a PO Box address. When I called to complain I wastold that Subway no longer caters to the customers wishes, take it or leave it. I WILL LEAVE IT. Read more

store opens at 9:00, 9:45 store is still closed. Employees are chatting inside and refused to open the door. Do you think the... owners know? Got a bum sleeping outside the door still, great atmosphere Read more

They upcharged for each meat on our sandwiches which I've never had going to other subways with the same order. They've also... made sandwiches completely wrong from ordering online. You check the receipt and it's literally none of the same stuff that's onthe sandwiches. Read more

I ordered Doordash and was not able to change the ham in the bmt to turkey so I figured I would put it in the notes but this... subway dosent allow that so it said to call them so I did no answer for the first few calls then they did answer and just leftit off the hook and didn't respond horrible customer service which caused me to get a sandwich I can't eat something in thecuring of the ham makes me break out so never again will o go here. Horrible restaurant, my order was delivered to wrong address(not my fault) called store no answer called again some rude woman... answered the phone like I inconvenienced her. Did a complaint with DoorDash was forwarded to Subway (which the rude employeesaid wasnt a Subway problem). Week later still waiting for some response from them. This franchise needs to be shut down rudeinconsiderate staff should find some other work they don't deserve the 15.00+/hr hard working fast food employees are fightingto get. Shame on this Subway giving true fast food workers a bad name. Read more

Went into the store to correct the order as it was made incorrectly from door dash. When I tried to explain why my sandwiches... were wrong the employee informed me that he remembered them and they were done correctly, I took the receipt and sandwiches inand he still was arguing. He then told me to get the ?F? out of the store. I just informed him that I would have the otheremployee make my sandwich. When I was leaving the employee who told me his name was ?Ben? came outside and threatened me. Read more

Came here several times in the past month and was served by Rebecca. She is very rude! We weren?t ready to order when we arrived... ( Subway just changed their menu) and Rebecca was annoyed when we told her we needed a minute to look at the menu. Read more
