Everytime we come here it’s not a great experience but not an awful one either. This time we went it Katy was working and an... old man was in there trying to order. The older man was trying to order and she yelled that she couldn’t open a door (he wastrying to order his food). It was random and unnecessary. Once we got home our sandwiches were gross and a mess. I could careless about the food really but being unnecessarily rude to customers is not cool. Read more

Just stoped in 18 minutes until they closed and was denied a chicken breast sandwich because “they were getting ready to... close”. Coming from a customer centric focused industry myself, I certainly understand how frustrating it is to have clientelecome into your brick and mortar close to closing time but never for a moment would I turn them away. Lady was a pretty good Sandwich artist, made our Subs just the way we like it... Not to mention coming from McDonald's just a... block down, and was denied a dine in experience, (which was the only thing me and my wife were looking for) we were granted theability to eat inside/dine in while also giving great service by the lady employee (sorry I didn't get your name lady) But 5 outof five stars would have given more if there were more thanks again Read more
