never in my life have i witnessed and experiences such awful customer service. We came in July 25 2022 around 2:15 pm there was... a lady seemed to be the only one working. she greeted us rudely, barely made eye contact and complained that we had four orders.Later proceeded to argue with us and give us the same attitude a 4 year toddler would give throwing a tantrum. it was immatureand some action should be made for her position. i asked for a manager and she claimed to be the manager. Didn?t end up gettingsandwiches because of how awful awful and rude she was to us. Terrible customer service. Read more
No idea how the food is because they closed early. No sign on the door or anything and there were two people inside who... completely ignored us and there was still half an hour until "closing time". Read more
We?d been watching the new ads for Subway and decided to give them a try. Big Mistake! After walking in and giving my order the... server didn?t even know how to cut the bread not to mention starting to make a different sandwich from the one I ordered. Iordered the Monster and my partner got the Boss! Both needed to be heated, both were horrible!!! Neither of the sandwichpreparers knew what they were doing and clearly needed training. We will never go back again. $28 for two footlongs and a GoldPeak bottled tea. It was such a disappointment and now we have much more respect for Jersey Mikes where we usually go lately butthought we?d stay closer to home . Sad Big Mistake! Read more

If I could I would give them a 1/2 star. I came in for 2 salads and the woman who helped me was so rude it made me leave with a... attitude myself. There was no one else in the store it was only her, her manager and myself. She was rushing me and giving meattitude throughout the whole transaction. I'm not sure what was wrong with her, I gave her nothing but respect and was tryingto be as fast as I can I don't understand why she was rude. Read more
This place is HORRIBLE ! All staff are RUDE , UNPROFESSIONAL and straight up nasty. I ordered a foot long and the cashiers shirt... touched my sandwich I asked her to remake it and she dumped the meat back in with the rest of meat to give to someone else. ThisCross contamination at its finest ! What?s so sad is she didn't feeling like anything wrong was with what she did and hadhorrible attitude ! This location is going to get someone sick ! They do NOT follow their posted hours. Don't rely on the store ACTUALLY being open after 7 ish -- they "close at 9" though, of... course. This is usually my favorite Subway shop. There are some super cool sandwich artists there, decent customerservice. They're slow at night, and so they close early. During the day, you can feel good about going here. It'll be a goodchoice. They just don't do dinner, even though they say they do. Read more
