I stopped in at 4pm on Sunday, and it smelled nice and fresh inside, and everything appeared to be very clean. Ingredients... looked crisp and the gentleman who helped me, Moises, was surprisingly polite and helped me decide what to get. Hisrecommendation was superb and I really enjoyed my meal. I eat a Subway because my other dining options are limited and I'm desperate or someone else is paying. The sandwich artist's... at this location are rude and unpleasant if THEY mess up the sandwich because THEY don't listen. Ingredients aren't the onlything that needs a refresh. Read more
My family and I stopped by this Subway to try out their new sliders and we're informed that they do not have bread. When asked... if they could make some or get more we were told no and to try somewhere else. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread whenthey were only open for 3 hours? Read more
Awful management, poor training, very slow service. The woman tells me that they are short staff. Ok...are you guys short staff... everytime I come here? Because everytime I come here service is very slow, employees are very inept and incapable. Easily the most unprofessional culture I have ever experienced. These ladies were extremely rude. acted like I did something... wrong by coming to eat there ...and I guess I did ... I won't be back to this location ever ... I come often and am very patient... Despite always waiting in line a minimum of 20 mins with 2-3 people in line only .... Have never complained or saidanything... But when you treat me badly and extremely rude and I'm waiting to give you my hard earned money....... Eat fresh is exactly what you're going to do here.. the vegetables are so beautiful and nice here oh my gosh.. the manager TT... she's awesome as well.. all the ladies here are wonderful they're always in a pleasant mood and ready to serve.. it's alsolocated in a gas station so if you need any other things while you're there you can just go on the other side and get it.. Our sandwiches were absolutely disgusting. The ladies didnt wash their hands at all. I seen them touch may objects and helped... numerous people without a hand wash. Not to mention the ladies wouldn't take my coupon. All the ingredients I ordered were noton the sandwiches and other stuff was added that I didn't order.
