Ordered a sandwich, looked at the receipt, they charge me more than what was on the menu. I pointed out I was overcharged. They... replied "we raised the prices but we are not going to update the menu." I said I really want to be charged the price that is upon the wall. The employee claimed that "we only work here, we are only employees". They insisted on charging more than what waslisted, They did this to me, the person behind me, and the next person as well. They did not inform anyone they were chargingextra. I had to call my credit card company to get the extra charges removed. I'm pretty sure it is actually against the lawto charge a higher amount without alerting the customer. Read more
One of the best locations in the city. I consistently receive prompt and polite service at this location. They recently did a... refresh of the store and it looks great. The only request I would have is to upgrade the soda machine but that's more of anit-pick on my part. Keep up the great work! Read more

There was a rude lady who attended me, older Caucasian with lashes. Terrible service from her, she had a terrible attitude and... wouldn?t let me chose some of the items on my subway, but the other cashier was kind.
