Whoever made my food on 11/20/2022 at 8:50 am, it was a door dash order. They totally sucked at making it. I ordered a chicken... bacon ranch with black olives, lettuce, spinach, American cheese, and tomatoes and of course the rack. No ranch on my sandwichno bacon on my sandwich, no American cheese, and had pickles. This is far from what I ordered. The employees there need to payattention to what the orders says and what they?re putting on the sandwich. What a waste of 12.00. I?ll never order from hereagain. Read more

Ordered with an employee named Bri last night. Best sandwich ever! Everything looked fresh, had a good attitude, friendly and... fast service. Sometimes we go here and toppings look like they've been sitting out for awhile, other employees are rude not withBri though. She was even working alone and still was pleasant after a dinner rush. a worker has a nasty attitude - she couldn't complete the order (I asked if she would toast cheese on top of the meat not under)... and she flipped out- thru the sub in the trash- yelling -crazy- rude- so we left, cancelling the whole order. Then she got thewhole line riled up. no. keep driving to the next subway! trust me. it also felt sketchy. we drove to the subway in conifer andit was better service and ordering experience. but there was a very small kid - at most 12 years old- working, that was weird. Every time I order online they always mess up my order and when I decide to order in store the employees seem so under trained... that they don't even know how to use the scanner to deal with rewards. The kids that work in the coal mine location are so muchbetter trained than these folks. Personally you should avoid this store till the management can get their employees bettertrained to use their system fully. *UPDATE* Ordered online to arrive to the sandwiches I ordered not being completed by thetime I came into pick them up. When I did get recognized they then started my order, while making my order the person on theline almost toasted a sandwich that was not ordered to be toasted. I promptly corrected them to not toast throwing it away whenI was fine with it cold as well. Read more

There is 2 good employees that i have had there in the last month. One is a younger boy and the other is a lady with black or... dark brown hair. The 3rd employee a blond haired lady. Well, she is super rude and I have noticed it with multiplecustomers. The food is good though. Thank you Read more

It was Ok, but the service was less than mediocre compared to other Subway shops. The employees need to be trained better on how... to make a sandwich. Mine was overloaded with lettuce and tomato and the sandwich was almost drowning in dressing. When thesandwich is overpowered like that, the delicacy of the sandwich is lost. It's also difficult to eat because it becomes soggy.Couldn't enjoy the sandwich. Read more

Horrible experience, not to mention its getting sooo pricey , also the young lady with freckles, so rude, I ask for a kind of... cheese and right away she said ; we don't have it! . I was like ok! Amazing!! I see tons of bad reviews but when I went in I heard that new owners took over and it was great! Food was good even... tho it was 15 min till closing time. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and respected all my personal choices witha great attitude when serving me a great sandwich. If you were burned here before try again it was fantastic!
