Stopped by while shopping in Walmart to get a meatball sub and a cold cut sub. The young lady was very customer oriented and she... indulged me as I asked for additional veggies on both 6 inch subs. The young man at the register must have been new because hewas having a bit of a challenge ringing me up but the young lady assisted. It's nice to see good customer service. Read more

Great customer service, heard the order correctly, assembled perfectly.
It took a couple minutes for us to get helped and they were out of tomatoes, but other than that our experience was fine. The... lovely young lady who helped us was friendly and she even twisted the end of one sandwich wrapper so we knew which was which.Both sandwiches had the perfect amount of toppings and cleanliness didn't seem to be an issue. David was busting his a$$ taking orders and very pleasant! Bigger black gal working seemed very unmotivated and came out after... a but and took the first moment she could to go into the back again "to prep". Seems to me that the 5 or more people in linecould have been better served with her at the counter instead of leaving David to go solo again. It was obvious thay David wasa hard worker and the other gal simply was not. :( Tables needed wiped and the flies zipping around weren't great but, nothinghorrible. The food looks great. Fresh and clean and organized. And this is the first subway I have been to in a while (likethe last 5 or 6) that they put appropriate portions on the sandwich. All the others seem to overload the thing to the pointwhere it is not edible. Read more
