I ordered a seasonal drink. The Cinderella: iced white mocha with pumpkin sauce, coconutmilk & no whipped... cream. Delicious! Worth the price at DEN (airport price was surprisingly reasonable)! Read more

Ordered a drink that didn?t taste right so I asked, very kindly and simply, for it to be remade. I immediately got sass from the... staff which I really don?t appreciate. If something isn?t made right, and I?m paying money for that product, it?s fair of me toask for it to be made again. My request isn?t an attack on anyone. Seriously this is one of the worst Starbucks. The employees are nice and the coffee is good but for the love of god they move at... the speed of snail. There is absolutely no reason it should over 30 minutes to just order when starting the line at the poles.I?m also flight crew? I don?t have a lot of time between flights to get coffee. A crew line would be nice or actually allowmobile orders. I?m sure this store misses out on a lot of money for this issue. Read more

7/2/22 I was at DIA STARBUCKS CONCOURSE B. There was a long line and I did expect to wait. The line was not any longer than it... normally is but waiting 45 minutes for a drink is unacceptable. The girls behind the counter had no sense of urgency and did notcare that people were waiting so long they reminded me of the sloths in the movie Zootopia. They DID NOT CARE passengers hadflights. AND once I received my drink and running to my gate, I realized it was made incorrectly. Wasn?t what I ordered.Starbucks- I am very disappointed. Read more

I understand it gets busy but that doesn?t give them an excuse to be rude I?m genuinely a really nice person and simply asked if... my mobile order was ready unfortunately I was at the wrong location that was completely on me but the girl at the counter wasplain rude and just said I don?t know I?m busy. If you can?t be nice to people don?t work in customer service. Read more
