Attempted to order today while in the drive through. When I got up to pay, the drive through workers and manager Amanda refused... to take my money, I only had a $100 dollar bill. Stating "we just dropped all our 20s". While I do understand the process ofdropping money whole working at a cash register, I also know you have the ability tonopen the drops since you need to be able tocount that money as well. There was no offer to make it right or anything just oh well. When I called and asked to speak tosomeone else I was given an 800 number or told to wait until Monday. This is unacceptable. Just because we have access tocashless paying doesn't mean everyone functions without cash. There is absolutely no reason that at 1:45 on a Saturday,starbucks couldn't break a $100 volleyball for a $9 drink (I did have the exact change). Read more

I have to admit that I enjoy starbucks. This one was good but if you drive there. The drive up pickup line wraps around and can... lock you into your parking space ... until the line clears out. Read more
Baristas insulted me today claiming that I mixed up a Wendy?s and Starbucks drink. Went online to see that they did have the tea... I was referring to. This was at 2 pm Saturday. This was rude and made me feel like she does not the menu as she did not try tooffer alternatives instead insisted she was right. Went over to Chick-fil-A after to grab a lemonade instead with a side ofcustomer service. Read more
Visited several times, but my most recent trip is what I?m posting about. Overall, this Starbucks is great! Super friendly... baristas, convenient location, drive thru is efficient albeit long sometimes, but my favorite thing is how good this creationdrink was!
