I ordered a Frappuccino then, I called to let them know I was upset because I ordered a Frappuccino but I couldn?t drink my... drink due to not having a straw. The worker I talked to before the manager was rude and said, ? you have to take it up with Ubereats?. I said, ?Uber Eats didn?t package my order right? So they aren?t going to bring me a straw when you guys are the ones whoforgot to put it in the bag.? She said, ?well then you have to come one? that?s when I asked to speak to the manager. Themanager apologized and said he would bring me a straw. I gave Zack the manager my address and I still have not gotten a straw ora call to help if he can?t find my apartment building. Shots are always dead (sweet drink with espresso tastes like sour tart) and they often ignore the customized app orders, just... avoid this location. Read more

Quick and accurate drinks most of the time, with some occasional flubs, but it happens and is to be expected. Drinks still taste... good, wish employees earned more for their hard work, but it?s still nice to see they look genuinely happy to be here Read more

WORST STARBUCKS EVER they don't know how to make drinks and yell at customers when they ask them to correct the drinks. Then... they bad mouth you to the next customer in line and attempt to embarras you. Read more

Horrible Starbucks. It ALWAYS takes more than 30mins to get my drinks and they don?t always get my order right. I try to give it... a chance multiple times because it?s right by my daughters school, but drive thru and indoor is horrible, they always take aLONG time for one drink. Read more

I paid for oatmeal, yes, I realize, it?s just oatmeal. But I received it in a ?tall? coffee cup with just a little bit of oats... in it. Not only does it look bad, now I?m trying to eat it and it?s somewhat difficult trying to eat out of this cup. They serveoatmeal from proper bowls at every other Starbucks I?ve been to. At the very least, they could say we?re out of cups and ask ifI?d be okay with eating from a coffee cup. The response from ?the owner? is interesting, it has a link to a general page withno contact information. Aww well. It is what it is, but the experience wasn?t cool man. Read more
