Rye (I hope I spelled her name right) is the best at customer service. Every time I go to pick up my coffee (I preorder from my... phone) I always love seeing her smiling bright face. Literally everyone at this location has helped me since I frequent thislocation a minimum of 5 times a week. I have always had great experiences and appreciate everyone who works there. Read more
I love coming to this location on my break, the baristas are always so friendly and kind. The one with the bear tattoo, I think... her name is Kassandra or Kassidey is just so sweet and always so funny I love spending an extra minute or two just chatting withher while grabbing drinks for the office, this location has become a highlight of my work day. Getting coffe should never be this hard. 2 out of 3 times I?ve gone here they were closed. The 3rd time I went in because the... drive thru was so long. You can?t just order like a regular customer. You have to download an app, join their rewards program,place your order, input your credit card, etc. If I had known I?d have to sell my soul for a cup of coffee I would have nevergone here. Barista at the bar is super rude. Was in for literally two minutes to pick a mobile order and didn't acknowledge me even after... making eye contact twice in 20 seconds. Idk her name she didn't have a name tag. Only African American young lady behind thecounter. Everyone else was super pleasant and helpful. Read more
I would rate -0 stars if option was available...I waited 15 minutes for some to take my order on drive thru, this is not the... first either. This location is getting ridiculously slower and on top of that my drinks were half full with beverage and halffull with whip cream. This is certainly the last time for me coming to this location. Often changing staff who does not properly know how to make drinks. These are the venti sized iced shaken espressos I ordered... that they felt were acceptable enough to serve me. Half empty. When I said something to them their response was "every baristamakes them different". Read more
This is a new Starbucks location on east Colfax. Everyone knows what type of coffee and service you are going to get when you... order here. The building is spacious and new. Plenty of space to spend the day on the laptop and drinking coffee. The parking isquite large for a Starbucks. And the drive thru is large as well to accommodate the morning rush. The baristas were friendlyand fast. Read more
The string of Colfax Starbucks breaks my heart. Service here was short, rude and my drink was lack luster (it tastes like pumps... of syrups were missed) Being fast isn't great if the customer service and drink making skills suffer! Read more
