EVERY single time I get breakfast from this Starbucks (which is often as it's the closest one to my work) they forget something... pretty crucial. I usually get either a bagel with cream cheese or an oatmeal (ordered from uber eats) but they always forget toput either the cream cheese for the bagel or the ALL of the toppings for the oatmeal. In many cases they just haven't put thefood in the bag with my drink at all. I don't know why I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt because they clearly don'tdeserve it. Also drinks are mediocre. I recommend the Starbucks by the REI if you're in need of caffeine and around downtown. Read more
Completely dead but took forever for my drink as the barista moved in slow motion chatting with her coworker, then set my coffee... aside while she washed dishes as I continued to wait. Three baristas and ten minutes for a coffee I ordered ahead online. You're killing it guys ???? Read more
Went here for coffee this morning after skipping by my normal spot. The staff was nice! Plus one star. But.... When you can't... get an order right that consists of: coffee, cream, sugar: you only get two stars. They managed to get the coffee and cream partright, but just couldn't seem to add sugar for some reason. Apparently. I'm severely disappointed, but not surprised. Waited over 15-20mins for a mint tea and a sausage, cheese and egg sandwich. Other customers came made their order and got what... they ordered and left and I was still there. When I finally got the mint tea it didn?t have any sugar or cream because I Wasn?tgiven the option of stating whether I wanted sugar and cream. I like this location due to it's placement, management, and maintaince of it's facility. Being homeless in the past, the... bathrooms were the only place to decently wash off. Starbucks usually have the cleanest stores and the one had poor leadershipat the beginning, only attending to the wealthy. My opinions changed after becoming more frequent visitor and like the employeesthat worked here, especially the tall guy, who remembers me and greets me when we rarely do meet. Occasion I'll get the rudeworker who just has a problem taking my order, which is a common occurrence anywhere, so I'm as short with them as they are withme. Read more
Only the 2nd Starbucks we were not happy with. 1st issue once order taken it took 14mins to be ready and it was for 2 drinks.... Only 4 customers there whilst we were there. 2nd issue we ordered Mango Dragonfruit Starbucks Refreshers and received DragonDrink instead. Staff far too busy to enter correct items ordered. 3rd issue - how can the same drinks look & taste so different.Both made by same staff member. 4th issue no receipt given Very disappointed as Starbucks was 1 place you were guaranteed thatno matter what you ordered it was exactly the same where ever you were.
