Usually stop here before heading to work since it's on my way. A few times they didn't have Caramel for my Macchiato, but who... doesn't have items on backorder! I sure do and i manage a medical facility. There is definitely a shortage on everything andanything. All in all Lakita showed the upmost great customer service. She is very friendly and welcoming to her costumers. Givethat girl a raise!!! Shout out to you girl! Good job! Read more

Actually never left a negative review before but hope this is helpful internally & to customers. The staff was so unfriendly and... miserable. I?ve worked customer facing jobs my entire life, I?ll be the first to sympathize if someone is having a bad day.Staff was rude start to finish, got my order wrong and after the incorrect drink was remade it still wasn?t what I had asked forand clarified before being remade. The employee who remade my drink made me feel guilty for even asking. I only purchaseStarbucks as a treat, today this was definitely not a treat. Read more

It?s rare that I leave a negative review. It has to be pretty bad in order for me to do this. The only reason that I?m giving it... 1 is because of the two ladies who work usually in the afternoon do a fantastic job. Others I would give it no stars if I could.This place is never open or if it is, it?s poorly staffed. I came in this morning around 8 AM and the woman there said shewasn?t open yet because the opener didn?t show up. I went back at 12:30 and the person who was there was no longer there and theStarbucks was closed. Either she walked out or that was the shortest shift ever. I?ve actually walked out before because therewas literally what seemed to be a homeless man working behind the counter. God forbid you have any allergies because this manwas using the same dirty cup to mix every drink in. The place was filthy. More often than not this place is closed when I comein. It?s convenient because it?s two blocks away from my office. I used to be a regional operations manager for a verywell-known yoga chain. When people didn?t show up I would go in. That was a part of my job. I never see any management come inand help these poor people working here, providing anyone actually shows up. If they did maybe they would work a little harderat staffing and consistency. Starbucks makes plenty of money, there?s absolutely no reason that management should not show up inlieu of their staff not arriving. I am a firm believer and leading by example. This Starbucks is the absolute worst and it?sclear that they have no management. Starbucks you need to step it up. You?re a terrible example of leadership in business. Read more

Come here a couple times a week, The same girl has charged me for the wrong item each time. I order one thing, she rings in... another but assured me the prices are the same. They are not. It?s .50 so not a huge deal but each time I tell her the pricesare different as it?s right on the board above her and each time she looks me in the eye and says it?s the same price. Not surewhy she can?t ring in what I order as it?s just a Sweet cream cold brew. Read more

Kudos for their great customer service. I visited 4-5 times. There was a time that they forgot to give me an item I bought, but... they were fast to save it for me for the next day. The only concern I have is that from the 4-5 times we visited, I bought thehot vanilla latte for me and a strawberry frappuccino for a family member we both ended up with stomach ache and diarrhea. Afterwe stopped going we realized we are doing better stomach wise. Read more
