Rude employee and ridiculous policies; keeping people?s change is theft! I went in this morning to pick up two breakfast... sandwiches to-go. I was standing at one of two registers that were open (no one was behind me). I was holding cash in my hand. Ihave her my order and she said ?$11.02?. I extended a $50 bill. She sighed really heavy, rolled her eyes and told me that shedidn?t have cash, and I would have to wait for the other register. I said no problem and stepped over behind a couple that wasordering. The worker who was helping them stepped away from the register to prepare their stuff. After I waited for a fewminutes, the girl from the first ?no cash? register stepped over and said that she could help me on this register. I have her myorder again and again she said $11.02. I extended the same $50 bill. Again she sighs really heavy and real snotty says ?I don?thave enough change for a $50.? I said no problem, and counted out $12. After I handed it to her, she put it all in the register,closed the drawer and told me the sandwiches would be ready soon and gestured toward the far end of the counter. I asked herabout the money saying, ?I though you said $11.02, I have you $12?? She taps he fingers on a small hand written note on thecounter that says, Sorry, we are out of change. I asked her to give me $1 back and she said ?No, it?s $11.02.? I said ?Exactly,and I?m not paying $12 for something that costs $11.02, so either you can give me the $1 back and float me the 2 cents or youcan just give me all of my money back and I?m happy to leave.? She gave me the dollar, and said ?But you better know for nexttime, because we don?t carry change, and I?m not giving you any money back next time.? THEY DIDNT ?RUN OUT? of change, this isjust their policy! They don?t carry coins and they keep everyone?s change even when is 98 cents out of a dollar. And they arerude about it! Also the entire staff does an... amazing job at this location, it is always very clean and everyone is super friendly! Starbucks Corporate please get my babiessome type of security cause the homeless situation is bad in Denver. Downtown really isn?t doing anything about it.there aretimes it?s busy at this location when conventions are. In town and it causes a big disruption -at least get it temporarily. Theywork so hard and should not have to deal with that on top of being so busy! Read more

Waiting almost 20mins for pick up order. I came exactly 9 minutes after the Starbucks app gave me estimated pick up time. When I... arrive I saw the store was busy so I totally understand if my order will be delayed. The barista told me they are working on mylast order since I ordered 3 cups of coffee. Funny thing is several people came after and put their order then somehow gottheirs before mine. Read more
This location doesn't accept Starbucks rewards. Also ordered an iced coffee with two pumps vanilla and had to have it remade... because it tasted awful. Find another Starbucks Read more
Nice place to grab a cup and some food - smaller than other Starbucks, but ample space to sit and relax.
I've had great consistent customer service here! The baristas and till operator are friendly and had such a nice light demeanor.... Even though there have been lines they are quick and steady. One morning I walked away with the most delicious apple crispoatmik macchiato, probably made better by their welcoming presence :) Thank you Read more
