One of baristas was extremely rude to all customers. She was in charge of handing food to customers and would practically throw... it into the basket. I asked for a fork with my egg bites and she didn?t even look at me and blatantly and rudely informed methey were out of forks and when her coworker stepped in to get a box of spoons, the rude barista didn?t even make eye contactand threw the spoon and quietly said ?here?s your spoon? no where near where I was standing. Horrible experience will never gohere again thanks to that barista. Read more
If you value your time go to another Starbucks. Probably the worst run Starbucks I?ve come across. There was a line for the... drive thru around the block. So I choose to go inside. The lobby is 100% empty like they?re liquidated and there were a dozenemployees behind the counter. I walked up to the and greeted by the barista running the hot bar. It took 5 plus min for someoneto come take my order. After placing my order: 3 employees near the BOH were busy doing what appeared to be prep but theremaining were gossiping and talking instead of being focused on the drive through line. Don?t go to this Starbucks unless you have a mobile order, myself and another girl stood there for 20 minutes while the workers... pumped out literally 15-18 mobile orders while we just stood there. Julie the manager did nothing to speed things up norapologize for our wait! I run a business and don?t have twenty minutes to spare on coffee! Long story short, don?t come hereunless you can wait 15-20 minutes for a simple coffee. Read more
Had to go inside as I?m a bus driver, not friendly at all the girl who made drink never once acknowledged me nor did she add... the right ingredients? if you don?t like your job quite find another one there literally 100 of jibes out there. Disappointed soearly in the morning?. But I did find a new coffee house not Starbucks even better!!!! Read more
Ordered mobile and shower up 3 minutes after it was supposed to ready, waited another 15. Was never ready. Asked cashier and she... was incredibly unhelpful. I understand it can get busy but if I knew it wouldn?t be ready by a certain time, I wouldn?t haveordered from there. I had to leave and didn?t get my order. Read more

They have 2 bathrooms. One is out of order. The other is for employees only, I was told with a smart a___attitude. Will not be... returning and having no bathroom in a coffee shop is unexaptable period. I know I said I won't be returning but I had a bathroomemergency. Guess what? both bathrooms are closed. All furniture removed. I asked why they said the bathrooms were problematicand sense they closed them they have removed the furniture as well.
