The guy taking my order was very nice, said my total was $10.15 for a venti pink drink made with sweet cream instead of coconut... milk. Had this drink her several times, never an issue. Got to the window and the young lady at the register says $12.15, ilet her know what was told to me. She stared at me, then said $12.15 then grabbed my card, AND the drink was made wrong. Iwould have been ok with the $12.15, but with the RUDE girl at the window and bad drink, never going again. Read more
The staff is amazing, the food is as expected. The primary issue with this location is the parking, or the complete lack of it.... Two spots plus one handicap, that's it. To top it off the drive up lane leaves you sitting in the middle of the street. Read more
They need to figure out a better system for the drive-through. Waiting 20 minutes in line while the light in front of you... changes just so you can stay in line at Starbucks is absolutely ridiculous. Plus people cutting you in line from off of SpeerRoad. Don?t bother sitting in the drive-through line for this location before 10am unless you want to be 20 minutes late to workand start your day off by flipping your fellow cars off next to you for cutting you off. Well I usually don't do this but I was totally taken back by the way I was treated. I had was riding a scooter and so they have... a window you can walk up to and I ordered one of their seasonal drinks and breakfast sandwich. I believe her name was Shannon orShana but I'm not sure she had glasses and pink hair die in her hair . She acted as If me walking up to the window was acomplete inconvenience to her and several times during our transition she literally rolled her eyes . If It wasn't for the factI was short on time I would have went somewhere else and canceled the order. I had ask her about what was in a apple maciootoand she replied " it's literally written right there " and she pointed to the menu that I couldn't see due to the time of dayand the sun was glaring off of it . And then she shut the window and came back 1 min later and took my order and when she handedme the coffee I ordered it seemed Ike there was a Crack in the cup she argued with me and told me no its just over spill frompouring the drink in so she handed me napkins so as I was walking away I realized yes there was a huge Crack in the cup plasticcup she handed me and it had been spilling slowing down my leg where my phone was at ans into my phone. So long story shortphone had to be replaced cause it was sticky in the charging port. And I had to throw the drink away after I barely drank it andshe was so incredibly rude I can't believe they have her dealing with people. Read more
