Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Left standing at the register waiting while five baristas were doing? nothing?... Started placing an order, cashier was interrupted by another barista, and we were made to wait longer yet while they sorted outtheir lunch breaks? Middle of a Sunday, not busy. The people who work here are the friendliest crew at any Starbucks ever. However, the homeless situation in Denver means that... they had to take away all their tables inside. It used to be a nice place to hang out. Disappointing because everyone workingthere is so nice. Read more
I just wanted to give a shout out to a young lady named Alex at this location. She's probably the nicest batista I've ever... encountered at a Starbucks! She was so friendly and welcoming. outlets underneath the tables!? I mean honestly Starbucks probably has these at hundreds of their locations, so maybe they're... nothing new but I have never seen them before until now so I'm happy about it. the service was ok. the people behind theregisters were kind of rude and unpleasant, but it is a big city Starbucks and they probably have to deal with awful customersall the time, so I'll look past it. :) Read more
The batistas here are 5 stars. I am always greater with a friendly hello. They are extremely fast, accurate and friendly. I... order my coffee and breakfast on the app as I am heading out of my room in the Sheraton and it's ready by the time I walk in thedoor. The store is in a high traffic area and not as fresh as some of them but average in the grand picture. So, as a resultof overall cleanliness it is a high 4 star. Read more
Ordered 4 Coffee's and while waiting, I asked to use the Public Restroom. They told me i could not use it because of the amount... of drug use in the area they have stopped allowing anyone from using it. I canceled my order which met with a snide remark fromthe staff. I would suggest that management have a controlled key for exclusive use by paying customers. Read more
