Perhaps the most unique Starbucks location anywhere, this is located in an old powerhouse along with the largest REI I?ve seen.... It overlooks the confluence of the South Platte River and Cherry Creek, both of which have extensive walk/bike path systems.Service is excellent; the building and location are exceptional and you?ll meet a parade of interesting people here. And lots ofdogs that love to play in the confluence area. Read more

Used to be one of my favorite places to get work done and pay a little bit extra if I didn't want to leave after 2 hours but now... if you lose track of time count on paying $40. Not planning on going there again. :( Cheaper to get a ride share therehonestly. Read more

Love this place. Come here to work and charge my scooter every once in a while. Staff is always super cool and location is... beautiful. Always my go-to when I come downtown. Update 6/13/22 Talked to corporate customer service about the refill policyand just want to restate it here for others: There are free refills for Starbucks Rewards members if you use your account topurchase your beverage. Free refills apply to hot or iced coffee AND hot or iced tea. Note, your refill only counts if you stayat the location. If you leave and come back, you cannot get a refill. Hope that helps! Starbucks with an amazing view of the Platte river. Can sit indoors or outdoors as of Sep 2020. Right next to REI so you can get... your shopping done first and then relax with a cup of Joe. Crazy people will occasionally walk through here, but for the mostpart it's a vibey sporty millennial-y hangout spot. Read more

My son and I jogged here after a Broncos game and loved every moment of this experience. I say it's an experience because the... building and surroundings are so unique. The photos on the wall tell the story of how this building used to house a powerstation for the Denver trolley system. Old steel, exposed dry rotted wood, and period lighting make this a fun place to spend afew minutes or a few hours. Situated right off the Platte River next to jogging paths and high rise buildings, this location iseasy to access. The staff was exceptional and the service was great. I highly recommend this and have to say it is taking overas my favorite Starbucks location I've visited in the United States. You HAVE to visit this coffee shop and wander around theattached REI CO-OP! Read more
