I always have an issue when I come through this one. Never friendly, mobile pick up turned off at random times, and always... closing at odd hours that randomly change (like 1:30pm on a Saturday??) I love love love leaving tips because I work servicetoo, but this location makes it hard. Super disappointed. Read more

Worst Starbucks experience i've had. Tried to walk in but they don't take walk in orders. Tried to order through the app but the... store was closed in the app. Finally tried to walk on the drive-through and they wouldn't take my order. There was NOBODY ELSEordering. I don't understand why they wouldn't take my order? Everyone be aware that if you don't drive a car you're noteligible for having a Starbucks coffee! Read more

Had an awkward experience here the other day. I?m a breastfeeding mother and have to limit my caffeine intake. My husband asked... if they could make a caffeine free pumpkin spice drink and they offered to give us flavored pumpkin spice cold foam. They saidthey don?t have decaf or caffeine free drinks, but I know that?s not true. The person handling the drive-thru was noticeablyconfused, rude and overwhelmed. They acted like we were inconveniencing them even though despite me not getting a drink, we hada car full of people ordering, so we spent a decent amount of money ??????? it was just weird. I go to Starbucks all of the timeand have never been treated so weirdly. Thankful the location closest to me treats us with kindness. Read more

Shout out to Luke! I go most Saturdays and he is just such a sweet boy and an absolute delight. I'm a huge matcha fan and even... when they were out of matcha for a minute, I still went because of Luke and his exceptional customer service. Read more

This location is pick-up (only via the app) and drive through only. They have removed the furniture in the lobby and on the... patio. There are no public restrooms. This is an odd choice for such a large location. I guess this is the future. Orderingthrough a speaker box or a phone so you don't ever have to see people. Read more

they made my mobile order drink completely wrong, I basically got matcha flavored milk instead of the proper latte. I would have... appreciated if they told me ahead of time if they ran out of stuff so I could order something else I wouldn?t mind Read more

The lobby has been closed for weeks and they don?t take mobile orders; I have called to ask if I can place an order just to be... denied by a rude employee. As someone who lives in this neighborhood, and cannot drive (due to a disability) to go through thedrive through, this is extremely disheartening. Before the lobby closed, the employees were slow filling orders (I once sat andwaited 45 minutes for a single pastry and a drink - the drink came out quickly and was cold before the pastry came out).
