I will never go to this Starbucks again! Closest location I could find in a hurry and figured the drink would be made right when... you physically go in. The baristas were not welcoming and could care less. I asked for a basic drink. The only thing I requestednicely was a lot of extra whip and this is what I got. A warm iced pumpkin spice latte with a little smushed whip on top with nopumpkin sprinkle. No espresso, just milk and syrup overflow. Best thing they did was heat up a pastry. These employees don't care about the experience of the customer at all. They're cheap and do not have real sugar available... outside of asking the employees, who again, don't care and are rude about it. They make you specify the exact number of packetsyou want and dont offer more than 5 for two large drip coffees. It was difficult to get an employee's attention and I was notgreeted or treated with respect during my purchase. Told me to put my card into the machine and walked away, and I had to gettheir attention again to finish the payment process because the cashier needs to press a button after you put your card in.Terrible service. When I ordered my drink only 1person was waiting in front of me. The barista asked if I cared for a receipt and I said no so she... wouldn't have to put paper in the machine. So I sit down to wait for my order, and about 7 people show up to order their coffee.The barista then took all of their orders and made all of their drinks. I approached the counter to check to see if she had mydrink, than she asked me what I was waiting on very rudely. She made my drink than with no apology. Read more
Very very unfriendly Starbucks baristas! And you have to wait for ever to get your order in when your first in line.
