This was just devastating, I took my elderly mother to this location for her free Starbucks drinks (she has the app and all the... info correct on it) the offer was not showing up and the employee working the drive thru orders stated she would be able to getus the drink for free as it was not on my dear mothers account. We get the window and the cashier has a whole fit about servingus. SO SAD. They refused to give a birthday drink even with proof of ID, app and information in hand. The employees showednothing but attitude when I proposed that I would pay for it. This drink wouldve gone to the trash if I did not purchase it.They told us to figure it out else where. I really want to like this store because it's close and easy to get to from my house. But they so often get my order wrong, the... last two times I've driven away and didn't realize till after that I had someone else's drink. The staff is always so nice, Ijust wish the orders were more reliable. Read more

Recently I visited this Starbucks and was really impressed.. not only with what I ordered ..but the service I received.. I?m use... to pulling up.. the cashier taking my money .. closing the window .. only to open it- say thanks and hand me my drink. Theexperience at this location was very different. The employee working took time to chat with me.. she was just so full of lifeand kindness .. I really needed that .. as it complimented my beverage enormously.. I am literally so disappointed? pumpkin cream cold brews are my favorite thing ever? Tuesday at 6:20am on release day (8/24) I... was sooooo excited. Was handed my cold brew and the crew was completely incorporated into the drink (it?s like they didn?t froththe cream at all, see photo)? I asked if they were making them differently this year to voice my dissatisfaction and the girlresponds ?the creams just so heavy it falls through??. This is definitely not the case. I get a caramel crew cold brew or apumpkin cream cold brew when available every week since the pandemic began and never had this issue before?. I took my coffeeand left. Giving 3 stars because every other order has been great and I love this location but the people working at 6:20am on8/24 need to be retrained in how to properly make a pumpkin cream cold brew. I was so excited and was completely letdown? UPDATE: I went back an hour later because I was just so distraught about how much I hated the first drink.
