Easy in and out to get you going but no drive thru. Surprisingly the prices here are more expensive than the location near... Hampden &locust. Drive the extra couple of miles and get it cheaper there if your headed that way and they have a drive thru. Read more
It's a Starbucks, you know the drill. Still, the staff were so kind! I sat in here for a meeting, hogging a table for over two... hours. I was greeted upon entry and waved away upon departure regardless. The sweet cream cold brew was also on-par withexpectations. Read more
I?m only giving 5 stars for one employee in particular that stands out to me. There is a taller guy with black hair that works... Sunday mornings and he is the best!! He is the only one that mixes my matcha lattes properly plus he went above and beyondyesterday having my drink ready for me as soon as I walked in which he didn?t have to do but did. Treat him well Starbucksbecause he?s the best employee that you have. The people that take my orders have been nice too but the barista is the best. Read more
Fantastic location and very nice interior. I?ve been looking for a quiet, not too large, but not too crammed Starbucks to enjoy... some coffee and do work. Ended up stumbling into this one, which is also in a great spot to grab local food and go shopping aswell. I?ve also trying to produce less waste so I brought in my reusable mug and they filled it up without question. The staffwas very kind and the location was very clean. I (and many others) had a terrible experience here on Friday, November 5th between 8-8:45am and actually could not believe how... bad the service was. I am not one to write negative reviews, but the communication from staff was so terrible / lacking that Ido not feel bad in the slightest for writing this. Myself and the others (20+ people) waited for 30-45 minutes past our mobileorder pickup time for our drinks and were not refunded for the this absurd delay. I heard one lady say she had ordered over anhour before. For reference, I?m posting a photo of how many drinks and food items were abandoned at the pickup counter becausepeople gave up on waiting for their orders. This was the worst experience I?ve ever had at a Starbucks and I will be taking mybusiness elsewhere until I?m compensated. Read more

Staff member who took my first order was incredibly rude and kept cutting me off. Acted annoyed that i was there. I?d leave 0... stars for her. The staff member who took my second order when I came back later in the morning was incredible. I interacted witha few other staff members and they were great, too. Based on only final experience I?d rate 5 stars, but because of firstinteraction it?s only a 2 from me. Read more
Starbucks does not recycle, this is the 3rd location in Denver to tell me this. Starbucks headquarters loves to say they do but... it?s not consistent. They also won?t donate empty bottles. I understand the false hope with recycling but going through thatmuch plastic with in a day would make sense to at least try. Or maybe use a local company for refilling milk glass jugs, I amsure that would be a great way to support local companies. Sigh big corporations must make changes- Read more
