Incredibly poor customer service which is a direct reflection of their ?manager?. I?ve come to this Starbucks multiple times and... they usually mess up my drink which is simple! However today their two drive through workers were extremely rude, disrespectfuland combative. Called to talk to the manager and she was very dismissive and was like oh yea sorry that happened. It's what you expect at a Starbucks. Good coffee. Upbeat music. Great ambient temperature. Service is ok. This location seems to... be very busy with the drive thru orders. There is seating both indoor and outdoors. One area this location could improve on isthe location of the indoor seating. Most of the seating is in the way of the line that forms for customers to order. Some tablesare located right in front of the exit. Read more
Very rude about my request to correct a drink that was made incorrectly. Said they would fix it this time but next time they... would charge me because of the ingredients they had to use to fix it. This was in the evening when it was not busy at all. Ihave never been treated so badly at a Starbucks, the barista was very snappy/rude about it. Read more
Very friendly staff! It had been a long time since I'd had Starbucks and they helped me find a drink that I'm really enjoying.... Since I switched the "milk" to coconut milk, my white chocolate creme frappuccino is refreshing. Read more
Came in for the wifi and was severely disappointed in the lack of tables with access to plugs. All the perimeter tables had plug... access, but they were all full of people while the inner tables sat empty. There was good cause for that, as they didn't havecharging ports or any other sort of power for laptop or tablet usage. The staff were friendly though, so there's that. Read more
