I frequent this Starbucks on the way to work. Today the food part of my mobile order pick up was missing, so I tried to the... nearby employee's attention regarding it. The response I get is "I only do drinks, not food." I respect each employee has theirresponsibilities but I'm just asking where my food was and it's upsetting to be met with a rude disposition. Came in this morning to get my usual drink, I haven?t been to this location in a while. Today the girl at the drive thru... commented on how expensive my drink was and I awkwardly laughed at first and then she continued to press on about the price ofthe drink. She continued on saying how pricey it was and how she would never pay that much for a drink ?not even if she workedhere?. Which was also confusing cause you do work there? I came here and bought a drink, I think I?m aware of how much the costis. If I?m okay with paying for that, what does it matter to you? I found it amusing the first time you said it, but It?s superawkward to make an entire conversation about it to a consumer and it came off as judgmental. My friend (who used to be a mangerat Starbucks back in the day) was in the driver?s seat and he also commented on how weird/inappropriate it was for her to makethat a topic of conversation while paying and waiting for your drink. I come in here all the time but recently the staff has been rude, they've been messing up my orders, haven't been warming the... food, and I always try to say have a nice day but this morning the girl that was working by the counter was just not havin it. Iunderstand being stressed at work, it happens to everybody, but it's not okay when you're taking your anger out on yourcustomers obviously they're gonna leave bad reviews. Read more
Really annoying to receive my drink in a messy, dripping, sticky cup. Please wipe it down and ensure the lid is on properly... before handing it over. The employees are generally pretty nice just wish they were a little more careful about that. Read more
Sausage egg and cheese sandwich is my go to along with the salted carmel cold brew. This time I even got a double espresso dopio... which was what I needed for my morning. The staff is really nice and will chat with ya once your to the window. I appreciatethat. Read more
