I frequent this Starbucks on the way to work. Today the food part of my mobile order pick up was missing, so I tried to the... nearby employee's attention regarding it. The response I get is "I only do drinks, not food." I respect each employee has theirresponsibilities but I'm just asking where my food was and it's upsetting to be met with a rude disposition. Came in this morning to get my usual drink, I haven?t been to this location in a while. Today the girl at the drive thru... commented on how expensive my drink was and I awkwardly laughed at first and then she continued to press on about the price ofthe drink. She continued on saying how pricey it was and how she would never pay that much for a drink ?not even if she workedhere?. Which was also confusing cause you do work there? I came here and bought a drink, I think I?m aware of how much the costis. If I?m okay with paying for that, what does it matter to you? I found it amusing the first time you said it, but It?s superawkward to make an entire conversation about it to a consumer and it came off as judgmental. My friend (who used to be a mangerat Starbucks back in the day) was in the driver?s seat and he also commented on how weird/inappropriate it was for her to makethat a topic of conversation while paying and waiting for your drink.
