This isn?t the Starbucks I usually go to. This morning I went to this Starbucks and ordered my usual drink. Venti iced caramel... Macchiato with extra caramel drizzle and the cashier got upset and rude when I went back to ask for EXTRA caramel drizzlebecause I did mention it when I first ordered. The cashier was so rude and took my coffee, she filled it with over three inchesof caramel and gave me the coffee back with a bad attitude. My coffee was spilling it was a mess. I?ve never had this problembefore at my usual location and the problem is not that this lady didn?t put extra caramel in my coffee, it was the service, theexperience I had with her. My coffee is over $5 so I definitely expect it to be made the way I like it. This has been by far theworst Starbucks experience. I will never go back to this location and I hope this lady looks for a job that better suits herbecause Starbucks might not be her ideal job. Read more
I was waiting at 7:55pm and apparently they are closed already? Sign clearly states 8:00pm. Very bad for business. If you have... hours stated of open and closing, you should stick to them. Wont be spending my money here anymore. Ill go to the Starbucks thatstay open until they are suppose to. Read more
