I go through the drive through ask the girl if the new apple drink in vegan and instantly starts giving me attitude. So I get my... drink it taste like straight coffee with creamer or something hopefully they didn't make it not vegan on purpose ???? it wasabsolutely the worst drink I ever got from any Starbucks end up going to the 52nd for a real venti drink replacement . I come everyday and for the last 2 weeks the drive-thru card reader has been down and they have refused to take my card to the... front, they told me I would have to come inside, this is a huge inconvenience for people who just what a good cup of coffeebefore they have to work. And why isn't it post before you get inside the drive-thru? Not happy Read more
The baristas here and amazing and just absolute angels. Make sure to tip them lots!! Every single time I am here my drinks and... delicious, and made with a smile. The drive though situation is a nightmare. I was stuck in the parking spot for 10minutes. Obviously not the workers fault, just something to be mindful of! Read more
What?s the point of bringing in a re usable cup from Starbucks when they make it in a cup that they then throw away? As well as... the venti reusable cup is always left infill. There?s a good 2 inches of space between the lid & drink level. I?ve gone to thislocation several times in a row as it?s near my house and my order is constantly messed up even when confirming my drinks hot Istill get an iced one. I?m continually disappointed in this specific Starbucks. Lesson learned, I will not be using this Starbucks as the one on... Safeway near by is far more superior. This time it warranted a review. I ordered a latte with caramel?and I got the equivalentof a drip coffee with some cold almond milk. I should have said something when they gave it to me because it was far too heavyto be a latte. The caramel they just forgot completely. Very disappointed in the service of this Starbucks (they had one othercar in front of me so it wasn?t even a matter of being busy). Read more
