I went in this morning with my son. We ordered our drinks. We were standing waiting a girl asked about my sons drink. We said... yes she never told us it was done. Never called my name. I asked for our drinks. She said I told you it?s right their. I said noone called us. She said you should have looked it?s right their. I asked about my drink the others lady that was making drinks.She said she will make mine. I said we been waiting a while. The girl said you should have been paying attention. I'll admit, this is a case of not leaving a review unless it's negative. I work near this one and visits regularly. For years my... iced shaken espresso was made to perfection. Over the last couple weeks, it's become watered down, missing the caramel and/orcold foam and just tasted horrible. Service has still been good, but man, if this is the drink i get on the regular movingforward, I'll have to find a new location. Read more
I used to go to this Starbucks every day during the work week. And then at some point, I think they must have changed there... entire staff because this Starbucks SUCKS now! I cant even go through the drive-thru anymore because the girl that they haverunning it isn't even competent enough to be able to take orders and hand people there drinks, at the same time. The last time Iused the drive-thru line, it took them over 25 minutes to make me 1 drink and heat 1 food item. It's sad how bad this Starbuckshas become just due to the horrible staff. Read more
Horrible they did not fill my drink up all the way , I asked the the window employee if I could get it filled up she told me you... asked for light ice! I said yes that is correct but you can at least fill it up and she got mad that I did so. I'm sorry but itshould have been filled up the right way before you got it. Will definitely be going g to the other store this out of my waythanks. Read more
This store is such a mess it's actually comical. The manager spends more time talking to the customers than getting their orders... ready. Every single staff member seemed confused as to how to make the drinks and where ingredients were located. I watched onegirl with green hair walk in what seemed to be circles for atleast 10min. I don't live in this area but it definitely makes meappreciate the people at hampden and tower so much more. Read more
I come here often and every single time without doubt I receive the best customer service out of any other starbucks in the... area. I mostly come here during the early mornings before i go into work and Vanessa at the window is always extremely kind andhas a positive attitude. She always makes sure that my order is made correctly and is always quick to notice if there is amistake. I always really appreciate everyone?s service here. Thank you ! Read more
