I usually order here with awesome results. I don't think the Starbucks employees get enough love for how much they do/ how much... they can't control. Yet it was ME getting lost in my fairly new neighborhood, dog in tow, using an unfamiliar car & my cellphone DIED. I saw Starbucks & knew I would be OK, that they would plug in my phone. Of course I ordered a coffee after my lovedones were called. The point is, I JUST knew while many shops or places would be unsafe or turn a girl away, Starbucks would workwith me. In those situations, a person is already panicked. Plus having the family dog made things more complex. TY, Starbucksfor showing a little kindness. It's so difficult to be that person in those situations as our society has been fooled by others,when we really need help- it feels like no one will believe us. It speaks to the Starbucks as a brand itself that I felt it wasa safe place to reach out to, in a new City. Thank you. Read more
They have a very bad actitud. We politely ask them if they could change our cappuccino because the almond milk was to sweet and... their response was a little to much. We are really sad because we love Starbucks. And all of this go against its culture. Read more
So if I could give a 5 star rating to one person in there I would because she's amazing her energy level is the best. The only... reason why I'm giving this four stars is because the other workers usually mess up my order they don't like double checking withme but she does. They try to charge me extra for the white hot chocolate and I've tried that once it's disgusting to me. Todaythey misunderststood me but she thought I said hot chocolate regular and the other girl thought I said white hot chocolate (no Ihate white hot chocolate) I said hot chocolate I even said to her I would please like a large regular hot chocolate with no whipcream. Truly if she is the one doing the drive-thru I will go but if anybody else is doing the drive-thru I'm not going to wastemy time going and then have them doing a mistake it's pointless. Read more
This place doesn't make the drinks good at all! My PSL was horrible!! We ordered 2 PSL and 2 hot chocolate and they taste nasty!... Everytime I come it's disappointing! Dutch Bros is where it's at! Good bye starbucks for good so disappointing! Read more

The only reason I wrote this review was because the store is advertising customers to... I'm sad to state my visit was less than... satisfactory not because of my drink (it was great) but because of the cleanliness of the store. When I walked in it wascompletely empty as most traffic was coming in through the drive through. A few tables where messy and littered with crumbs andnapkins. The worst part was the bathroom cleaner sitting right where drinks where being served. I am sorry but that is less thansatisfactory and strongly disgusting. Employees also seemed bored and lifeless. I believe I was the first one to greet them asopposed to the other way around. The overall experience was fine, but the bathroom cleaner by the drinks - like we didn't justget out of a pandemic, is just gross in my opinion. Read more
I have been a regular here for over a year and seen this store improve. It has come to my attention some of the regulars who... frequent the store often can?t seem to grasp the different influxes of foot traffic and when employees have designated time toclean the store. The 1 star review that was left was taken out of context as the store wasn?t trashed and the employees were inthe wrong for leaving cleaning supplies on serving areas. I spoke to them regarding getting the store manager involved to orderServsafe Food Handler and Allergies Certifications as this will better train their staff. This eliminates friction betweenemployees and customers as they can go back to providing excellent customer service while reducing fines. The employees do theirbest to deal with rude customers on a daily basis while making sure the business is clean. I?ve never had any problems withbathroom or store cleanliness. I admire the staff for all their hard work in all of their generosity. Read more
