I've had sub-par food from this place before but this last visit takes the cake. Ordered a banana shake with real bananas, at... any other sonic they add the real fruit no problem, this one they had no clue what I meant. I explained that I wanted realbanana mixed in my shake. They literally put it on top of the shake in large slices and the shake itself was a vanilla shakewith no banana bits in it. I let them know hoping they'd remedy their mistake and they said no it's a banana shake and shooed meaway. My husband was upset and said no this is bs there's obviously not any banana in it. Rather than making a simple bananashake they refunded our money because it "would just taste the same". The manager was rude and unprofessional. Absolutely willnot be giving this location my business ever again and likely not any other sonics for a while. Read more
Ordered the ultimate meat and cheese breakfast burrito, which is a $7 burrito. Make it a meal with a large drink and it's $11,... but for some reason they gave me a 3 oz snack, which was the same size as the Jr burrito that they used to have for $1.Absolutely not worth it Read more
So we had an order for 4, They forgot two of our breakfast toasters, when we asked for them, they brought them out and gave us... one with no egg in it. But they put double egg on the other?? The French vanilla cold brew didn?t have any French vanilla init. It was fine after we asked for our sandwiches, we get it. But the fact that the sandwiches were off and when we had ourcoffee it just wasn?t at all what we wanted. didn?t want to ask again to get it right because too much was wrong at that point. Read more
Just left this location and ordered four items. Two were correct. The onion rings and the Ginger ale. Burger was wrong and so... was the churro shake. Come on people !! this was a big let down. Read more
Most of the time I come here it's a good experience but they've had to close down their park and order lanes due to being short... staffed. They also run out of cups and products somewhat consistently. I only had one instance of a bad drive thru operator. Allaround the staff of this place is doing their best with what they have. I'd cut them some slack. Read more
For fast food the bar isn't set too high to begin with but come on...seriously? They forgot one of our items and the ones we did... get are old, dry chicken and the weirdest tender meal I've ever seen. The bun on my slider is old and rock hard with somethingburned on it. The random piece of untoasted bread and singular onion ring really seals the deal. Read more
I wish a negative rating was available. If you have 30 minutes to waste in a ?fast food? drive-thru, this is your spot. Half... empty, cold, damp, salty fries? Yum. Me writing a review for sonic of all places just shows how passionate I am regarding thisdump of a place. Save yourself some time and go to different location or just go to hamburger stand. Read more
Meat wasn't pink like most fast food places. So that's a big up in my opinion. Seemed like one person was running out and she... sounded like the same person who took my order. She deserves a lot more for her work. Would come again and recommend. Read more
