This place is ridiculous. Wait 26 minuets for 3 meals only to get home and the order is wrong. Came back and I am to blame? My... kids love sonics but this is the only one in our area. If you come here make sure you have alt least 40 minutes to get yourorder. Read more

I waited several minutes after pressing the red button with no response. There were no other cars in any of the other bays. I... pulled up to the drive-through and had to wait several more minutes before they took my order. When I drove up to the window,they took my money but then I had ti wait for over ten minutes before I got my food. They never brought my change. I gave theexact change as the window said exact change or card only. I should have gotten $3 back, but they gave me $2.88, which wouldhave been my change if I hadn?t given them $10.12. Usually it's fine and the foods good but today ???? of course I'm already having a bad day. I order a chicken wrap with extra... ranch. I get home, take a bite.. dry... No ranch? Like what the hell. This place is a dumpster fire. The way the parking lot is laid out makes it incredibly annoying to get food here. The great... thing about Sonic Drive In is the parking stalls where you can order and wait for someone to bring out the order, but theproblem here is that the drive thru line is so incredibly slow that it wraps around the entire building and if you were to gointo one of the parking stalls then you would be blocked by the drive thru line and prevented from exiting once you?ve receivedyour order. The staff does not seem to value their customers? time, and they treat the customers with contempt. The food isprepared badly and isn?t as good as other sonic locations. What a disaster. Typical example of a great restaurant concept beingruined by poor execution and poor management. Read more

edit 8/5/22: waited in the drive through 15 minutes without moving. drove away. watched 8 other cars do the same. the new... grilled cheese hamburger.. one piece of cheese, dry toast, and tasted as bland as it looks. Read more

Let me sit at the drive through for 10 minutes no one saying anything. There was no one else in the drive through and not even... 10 cars total parked at the stalls. Said they couldn?t take my order at the drive through window and I needed to park. Hit thebutton and waited 15 more minutes nothing. Placed an order using the app and still nothing. Had to walk into the store to try toget my drinks. 2 rt44. They then tell me they don?t have rt44 cups. Worst customer service ever. Especially coming from someonewho worked at Sonic for 6+ years. Worst food/service ever....just waited 20+ min in line for food. Got back to the house to eat the coldest/squishiest "pop-corn"... chicken ever (served in a coney box???) With onion rings that were way overdone/falling appart. Also didn't get the right drinkorder. After $24+ for 2 meals...really??? Don't go here... Read more
