first time to a sonic. I got the supersonic double bacon cheeseburger, fries, and strawberry classic shake. I didn't get the... full experience, I just used the drive through to order. The burger was good and juicy. The fries were OK. The strawberry shakewas really thick and had bits of frozen strawberries and was topped with a cherry and whipped cream. I ordered an unsweet tea on the sonic app, like I've done hundreds of times... I parked, checked in and then wait 40+ minutes... ... No tea. I hit the red button, asked if they lost my order, seeing as it was only a drink could you please bring it to me. Iwas told they would deliver it "when we get a chance." I pulled into the drive thru, ordered a tea, pulled up to the windowand was instantly handed a tea. I asked why it couldn't have been brought to the parking spot and was told they were too busyand didn't have the time to bring it out to me. Read more
I usually wait untill about 3 or 4 meals before i leave a negative review, first couple of times ive eaten here were about as... good as you could expect in fast food. That being said i spent 24 dollars on two burgers for myself and my girlfriend, which forthat price id expect at least freshish food. They whole heartedly gave us buns that were hard as a rock and burgers that had tohave been cooked HOURS ago. Dont go here for your own sake Read more
Every so often, I order a grilled cheese sandwich when the right person is cooking here and it is absolutely freaking amazing.... Just the right amount of toasted crispiness and melty cheesy goodness. That grilled cheese maker deserves a raise andcompany-wide recognition. Seriously. I hope they see this comment. Other than the Best Grilled Cheese in Denver when thatperson is working, the employees at this location are usually pretty nice, my order is usually right, and this is a decentSonic. Absolute worst service hands down. I dont usually post reviews but I felt I had to for this one. My food is always extremely... poor quality every time. They have serious temperature control issues. If my food arrives "Fresh off the grill" and its chillywhen I bite into it, they must be taking it off the grill below temp or they are lying about it sitting around on a deliverytray for 5-10 minutes instead of inside a hotbox. Talking the employees in person has left a sour taste in my mouth after everyinteraction. Just now, I tried calling the store and no one picked up. I tried calling several times. The phone just keptringing. Poor quality, poor service. And I love Sonic, I wish my local one was good. Read more
Terrible customer service and turning into one of the longest weights for a fast food restaurant in town. I don't like to eat... fast food but I eat it when I'm in a hurry because it's fast. I waited in line for just over 20 minutes with no apologies. Itold the guy at the window that it's okay to remind him he should apologize when there's such a long wait out of generalcourtesy. Be A Lot easier to hear people and take orders without having to ask them to repeat constantly for every meal order. When we say... the size, drink, and side multiple times and our chicken wraps are mostly lettuce and 2 pieces of chicken thats not right. Ordered lunch on Wednesday. Payed by credit card and tipped. Got the receipt ate. Cleaned up. Just got a text message from my... bank on Thursday night that I have a charge from Brooks brothers for 200plus on the card I used for Sonic...looked at thereceipt. It is charged as cash instead of credit? But I payed at the terminal. Now I have to dispute with my bank and cancel mycard. Either the terminal is bugged or an employee is stealing credit card info somehow. Which sucks. Otherwise the food isgreat. Read more
