$30 order Charged for items they didn?t have (bubble slushie) I asked for receipt wasn?t given one. Tip is asked for before u... even receive service. Tip wasn?t earned and I tip everyone. Ordered chili cheese dog etc it was indeed a slice of melted cheeserather than the shredded cheese. The carhop was lost. Won?t come to this location again. Just a poor experience. I completed a mobile order to purchase my techs lunch. Sent a tech over to pick up my order. He did not check the bag before... he left...figuring that is would be correct. Brought it back to the shop and it was not the order. So I had to find coverage forme at work so I could go straightened this out. Got there they handed me a bag I glanced in since I needed to get back to work, my bad for sure for not counting to make sure I had everything. Needless to say when I got back to work and handed off what Ithought was what I ordered...of course it AGAIN was not. Tried calling the store but hmmmm no answer!!! I frequent this location probably 2 to 3 times a week. Let me tell you this location cannot handle mobile orders. The employees here are awesome. I was craving a very specific Sonic blast all day long and was so excited to get it. As I was... driving away, I realized it was made wrong. I called them and they told me to come back and they?d make it right. They made itright and made sure to add extra! So nice that they made it right. Will always go to this location. Great food! Came here last month and were able to split the transaction. Came here tonight asked me to split a transaction again and... Alejandro decided to instead split it he decided to keep my $10 and run my card for the full transaction. Then lied to me andsaid everything was good. If you?re gonna try to pull some shady like that maybe don?t give me my receipt that shows I paid withmy debit card and not cash and card. You seriously need to watch out for sonic because it?s employees do this often for secondtime that?s happened to me.
