I decided to try SOL for the first time the other day and it was really good. I ended up ordering the Carne Asada Street Tacos... with a side of red rice and their quinoa salad. I was amazed at how delicious and flavorful the quinoa salad was, probably thebest I've ever had. The red rice was also beautifully seasoned and cooked perfectly. As for the main dish, it didn't disappointeither! Everything about the whole meal was incredible. The only reason I'm giving a 4 star review and not a 5 was due to ourunderwhelming service we received. We sat at our table with our waters empty for almost 10 minutes before our waitress Kristinafinally got us more. Normally I don't mind it taking a little longer to get refills when a restaurant is slammed, but thatwasn't the case. The section we were sitting in was relatively slow and we looked over to see our waitress standing theretalking with other servers while drinking Starbucks. That's what annoyed us the most. Overall, I would highly recommend SOL foranyone looking for some phenomenal food! Read more

Ambiance was great! I recommend the Froze with passion fruit in it, we loved it. The red rice has so much flavor and the... portions were perfect. They added avocado sauce to the tacos which gave the tacos a great slap of flavor. The salmon salad was aperfect blend of cheese cranberries corn and so much more! They gave you dried chips on the side which were the perfect cherryon top. My fish tacos didn’t taste too fishy or over powering, a perfect blend of all the ingredients combines. We came here to celebrate birthday. The ambiance was amazing. Good and drinks are good. Cocktails prices are or in higher... side. The waitress took her own sweet time to check on us after we have been seated. No silverware was given even after thefood was served. After telling here couple of times she had to bring them to us. We took our son here for his birthday because he loves Mexican food and as a recommendation, this restaurant was suggested and... we came. I think I under-estimated this place because it was definitely more than what I expected. The place was upscale, thedecor and ambiance was superb, the staff was super delightful and courteous, the location was ideal, and the food was beyondexcellent. I have been to authentic Mexican restaurants in the past and at one time said that there can be no other betterrestaurant than the one I thought was the best, until, I came here. If you’re a foodie for Mexican food, I highly recommendthat you come here first before going anywhere else as you will be truly glad you did. The meals are very authentic tastingleaving you full before you leave and no worries, if you can’t eat it all, you can take it home as we did. This restaurant is a must if you like Mexican food! Was just in New Mexico and would put this food up against theirs any day.... Burritos, duck tacos, pork, salsa, cinnamon dessert, black beans and so much more were simply amazing! The staff were friendlyand caring. You cannot go wrong with this restaurant. Specialty drinks and a variety of other drinks to choose from. Atmosphereis calming with soft lights and just a very comfortable place rather for a quick drink or dinner.
