Terrible service. Way overpriced. Fries drier than the Sahara. Literally waited 25 minutes for some dry cold fries, and for the... main course they but a 1 ounce meatball in the middle of a severely dry and hard bun. Wouldn?t eat here if i was starving todeath. I?d sooner take the deathbed. Shut this place down immediately, or clean house because the staff working currently on10/2/2022 at 9:30 pm does not know how to serve customers or cook food. Will be filing a corporate complaint, this locationisn?t even close to meeting minimal corporate standards, as evident from my meal. Read more

Here for dinner between flights. I had the double smash bacon burger with tots and she had mushroom burger with tots. We both... had a drink with dinner. The burgers were good, but somewhat dry/slapped together. Oddly, they seemed small for the bun, almostlike a mini burger in a full size bun. The tots tasted OK, but I think the oil was burned that they were cooked in, or certainlywell used. The seating is *horribly* crowded and Service is extremely slow, from a waiting (first in line with availabletables) and a service standpoint. Tots are pricey, $4 and change. If you want to pay $12 for one ounce of charred meat this is your spot! I've never had a bad experience at a Smashburger but... this was horrible. $35 for two tiny burgers and one drink would have been okay if the burgers were normal size. I'd hate to seethe kids burger! Probably my new favorite restaurant to stop at while passing through Denver. The brisket burger was so good, and my kid liked... the chicken tenders. Boozy shake (for me, lol) to top it off. Service was also quick and efficient, good for a tight layover. Read more

Another 1st, and have never had the Breakfast Smashburger. Sooooo Good, with a white rascal, and a Stella, at 0700 in the... morning, can't beat that!! Bar was clean, the bar tender was checking ID'S, keeping everyone safe. Very quick for being at theAiport. Read more

When traveling at the airport if you're feeling hungry this is the place that hits the spot. Really great burgers and the fries... were absolutely amazing. I didn't get the name of the person that took my order but guy was a straight up boss with his customerservice skills and made the whole experience excellent! Read more

Bad experiences here. I love smashburgers food but never coming back to this location. They were out of what we needed to order... and had dietary restrictions. So we ordered something different( mind you waiting for over 20 minutes for table service skimmingtime for our flight) and they wouldnt let us customize to the dietary needs. The fries were COLD. Almost not even cooked. COLD.AND they weren't smash fries(how I ordered and paid for) they were cold normal fries. Burger was ok.
