I loved Smashburger when I lived in Denver 6 years ago. I went there for lunch with my granddaughter and her dad, what a... disaster! It took a total of 32 minutes for all three of us to get our food. We were warned that the chicken sandwich took 10min to cook. That was ok. I ordered a smashburger with onion stack and my granddaughter ordered a plain burger with fries. Thechicken arrived in about 10 min and we didn?t get our burgers for more than 20 minutes more. My was as ordered but I have seen abetter burger at McDonald?s, tastier too. My granddaughter?s came with cheese, not plain. She only ate half after spending aconsiderable amount of time to scrape off the cheese. Don?t waste your money at this Smashburger!! Read more

Normally I love this place but the lady at the register was somewhat rude and short with not just my wife and I, but seemingly... everyone that came in. Then I see a different person walk out from the kitchen, and while talking to the person at the register,puts her hand in her pants, then all over her face, then walk right back to the kitchen. Not only did they overcharge the person in front of me and then when trying to refund them charged them again, they made the... weakest $6 shake I've ever seen. When I asked them why they didn't top the shake off they told me the price of everything isgoing up. I enclosed a picture of my over priced $6 shake. Will not be returning to this location. Meh. Food was just fine. We were expecting higher quality but McDonald?s or chick-fil-A is better. Don?t order ahead. We... ordered online for 630 and they had it ready at 540 just sitting. Also, I called to change the pickup time and they had no ideawhere my order was. If you eat here, show up in person and order. Read more

The Colorado burger is GREAT. I can't wait to try the tangerine milkshake. The french fries were fresh and hot. The cashier was... so helpful and had a great attitude. This was our first visit to an actual store. We tried a burger from SmashBurger at RedRocks and couldn't stop thinking how good it was. The anniversary celebration this past weekend was right on time! Delish food! Read more

They do not follow order instructions. And a burger swimming in ketchup is not ideal. Also, how much salt do onion rings need.... Not a good way to get repeat customers. Read more

If I could give less stars I would. I went in there with my family. The girl taking the order was nice enough to us?.but when... another family kindly waited for thirty minutes to have their order taken only for her to tell them that she was closing (thiswas at 9:30 mind you). They left in complete frustration. She brought our order out, and it was not right. They gave myhusband my fries and his mine. They had it all mixed up and confused. My daughter ordered a chocolate shake. They gave her anOreo shake. We weren?t going to complain, but another gentleman walked in and asked to have his order taken. She was very rudeand told him that she was closing. He confronted her on the situation saying that was only 930 and that it posts that they areopen till 10. She told him that she needed to start cleaning up and that the restaurant was closing. He said that he would likethe manager?s number. She said that she was the manager (she was obviously lying about that.). He said that he would like herbosses number. She asked him to leave HER restaurant. She proceeded to threaten to call the cops on him and yelled at himcussing words and all. I felt so uncomfortable, that I told my family we needed to leave. We stood up to leave. My husband toldthe cashier that the way she was treating the customer was unacceptable. All he was wanting to do was get his order taken in arestaurant that was not supposed to close until 10:00 pm. This is the perfect restaurant however they have an employee named Abbey that needs to retrained due to her attitude issue.... Everyone seems to be working toward the goal of complete customer satisfaction however there's always a bad apple that gives theentire effort a push in the wrong direction! Wow I now know why my order was deliberately messed up. It's because I didn't pay atip before it was made. First of all it was a to go order. Why would I pay a tip when my food is being given to me in a bag ?The difference between what I ordered and what was given to me it is obvious why I didn't. Not to mention the fact I had todrive all the way back to this establishment to get what I paid for. To think I once gave this place 5 stars and a glowingreview. Read more
