I want to start off by saying every time I go into this location I have been impressed with both the customer service and food.... However, today I was absolutely blown away by my experience. Octavio (sorry if I spelt your name wrong) has the best customerservice I have ever seen period. He was extremely patient and kind with not only me but every customer I saw him interact with,and he did it all in a packed restaurant while assisting with multiple tasks. If anyone from Smashburger reads my review pleaseplease please give this young man a raise, he is clearly a asset to your team and as someone who has spent the last 5 yearsworking in retail/sales (and prior to that ~10 years in the restaurant industry) I will tell you ANYONE would be more thanhappy to have someone like him on their team! First time to a Smash Burger. The burger, fries and shake were perfect. Glad we opted for a burger and shake. Can't go... without mentioning the kid that was taking food to the tables. This location is horrible. They literally forgot the buns on my burger and just gave me a hamburger patty. The order says... ?SUBSTITUTE CLASSIC BUN?. And they forgot my fries and the straws for the shakes. I?m never eating smash burger ever again and Ihope this review reflects poorly on their establishment for years to come. Read more
Ordered through UberEats, usually this place is decent but today I got soggy burger, a "Large" fries that as you can see arrived... literally half empty (and no there aren't any floating around the bag) Then to top it off they just straight up neglected toinclude the shake I ordered. I'm honestly only giving the extra star because the food has been good in the past, hopefully thisisn't the new norm or I'll need a new lunch spot. Read more
Had a pick up order for a avocado club Chrisp, it didn't have avocado but that didn't bother me. What bothered me was that the... chicken wasn't cooked all the way through and as I was biting into it i could tell it was raw, I had to vomit directly afterfinding out.
